Yurt holiday rentals in Africa

We had the most peaceful & amazing stay in the Palm Yurt with my partner and our baby & 3 yr old for a week. Had everything you could possibly need (kids beds, changing mats, cots, high chair, potty) Loved the communal areas and pool and our 3 year old loved the play house and all the toys & playground. We all loved the animals, Zak the cat, the donkeys and feeding the chickens. The honesty shop was super handy too as we were travelling without a car. Loved the area too, swimming in the sea at the beach a 5/10 min walk away and going for meals out at the restaurant there and in the friendly local village of Arrieta. We were very sad to leave & Will be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay in Jane’s unique Mongolian yurt and bungalow! She was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The nature surrounding the property is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, refreshing, and perfect for disconnecting. One of the highlights of our trip was the hike to the Ouzoud waterfalls, which was both scenic and rewarding. If you’re looking for a cozy, nature-filled getaway with great hospitality, this is definitely the place to be. Highly recommended!

a mi pareja y a mi nos ha encantado, si buscas un sitio donde desconectar la mente y despejarte, este es el mejor sitio. Había una perrita, que se llamaba Misty, nos dio los buenos días los dos días que estuvimos, esperándonos en la puerta 🥹 ya la echamos de menos! Saira fue muy atenta y amable. Todo estaba muy limpio, nos gustó mucho la ubicación, la decoración, todo todo todo. El estanque con ranas nos encantó también. La cama súper cómoda. Un 10 todo.

We stayed in the Luxury Yurt for a long weekend for my 40th Birthday in Feb 23. This place is very special, really well run, has clever unique touches, perfect for families, especially younger kids with onsite chickens (kids can collect eggs) and donkeys. I was able to contact the hosts anytime, we used their hire car facility and were SO impressed, no masses of paperwork, no faffing, value for money - definitely recommend. The accommodation was simply awesome, popping out of the yurt to use the bathroom includes an amazing show of stars at night and epic sunrises from the kitchen in the mornings. The kitchen comes with stocked fridge with milk, water, coffee (including multiple cafetier choices, and a stocked wine rack. A complimentary cold bottle of prosecco on arrival after a long morning of travel. Pool and communal allowed us to enjoy a day of sun after check out, and the hosts even took us to the airport for a small fee. Awesome people and place.

Paradise! If you don't stay with Jan and Drago you're missing out an incredible experience. I will definitely come back some day! If you really want to disconnect while on vacation, this is the place you're looking for. Don't make the same mistake as me and only stay for 4 nights! Hope to be back soon.

After a rocky start to our trip, Michelle saved us last minute, we wish we’d booked here first! The yurt was beautifully decorated and cosy. We loved the peaceful surroundings, sea views, outdoor kitchen, and collecting fresh eggs in the morning for breakfast. You can relax in private or mingle in communal spaces, plus there's an honesty shop for essentials. The beach is a short walk but would recommend hiring a car to explore what the island has to offer. There are beautiful natural beaches on the way to Orzola. The staff were wonderful! Really helpful and attentive. A special mention to Zak the cat, our holiday companion. If you are staying here and meet him, please make a fuss over him, give him chin scratches, kisses & tell him he's "muy guapo!" We miss him already, he hung out with us the whole time we were at camp. We look forward to returning one day. Thank you for hosting us!

Mi pareja y yo pasamos unos días estupendos en Tulpa. Alquilamos una de sus preciosas yurtas con aseo privado durante cuatro noches. Se siente mucha tranquilidad y privacidad por la disposición de los espacios, separados naturalmente por árboles y arbustos. Teníamos dos hamacas en la parcela, a las que dimos mucho uso, y las gallinas venían a visitar de vez en cuando. Además, aun siendo final de Junio, dormimos a ratos con edredón. ¡Un paraíso! Julián y Gloria son encantadores. Tienen el espacio muy cuidado, y nos dieron recomendaciones muy chulas por la zona. Por desgracia no nos dio tiempo a hacerlo todo (nos quedó especialmente pendiente ir a ver los búhos), así que no tendremos más remedio que volver :-) Lo recomendamos 100%

Ressourcement proche de la nature. Très paisible. Tous les membres du staff de Michelle sont très réactifs et sont là pour aider à tout moment. Merci particulier à Silvia. La philosophie de l’endroit respectueuse de la nature est un plus. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et nous reviendrons.

כבר פעם שלישית שאנחנו מגיעים ללוסיה, אני באמת חושב שלזוגות זה הצימר הכי רומנטי ומפנק שאני נתקלתי בו בארץ! פרטיות, שקט, ירוק, חצר-יער פרטי, פשוט מדהים... ממליץ גם על ארוחת הבוקר של לוסיה, אם תזמינו ממש לא תתחרטו! רואים שהיא חושבת על כל פרט ופרט בשביל לתת לנו להרגיש בנוח, לאוהבי הטבע - יש המון מסלולים טובים שיוצאים ממש מהישוב או כמה דק' נסיעה ממנו. ממליצים בחום גדול!

יורט מהמם ומושקע עם אזור ישיבה חיצוני מושקע באותה מידה! מאוד נהנינו מהשהייה

התארחנו אצל אורה והיה פשוט נהדר! הצימר היה נקי, נעים ומסודר, מושלם למשפחות עם ילדים – הבת שלנו בת ה-6 נהנתה מאוד מהחצר עם המשחקים, מחדר הילדים, ואפילו מההזדמנות להאכיל את הסוס שבאורווה שבחצר. אורה מארחת מקסימה, אדיבה ודואגת להכל, ונתנה לנו תחושת בית מהרגע הראשון. ממליצים בחום!

היורט הפרטי באליעד מקסים בצורה בלתי רגילה, הוא ממוקם במקום שקט ביישוב מאד קרוב לשמורת נחל אל על ובמרחק נסיעה מכל המעיינות והטוב של דרום רמת הגולן. היורט מאובזר כראוי, נקי ונעים מכל הבחינות. מלעשות כלים לנגד החרמון ועד לראות את הירח בחלון השמיים. קרן היא מארחת מקסימה וזמינה. ממליצה מאד ומחכה לחזור :)

נהננו מאוד מהשהייה ביורט המיוחד. תאם לציפיות ולצרכים שלנו!! מטבח מאובזר ונוח, פינת מדורה מהממת והמקלחת תחת כיפת השמיים מדהימה!! אלנתן ואביגיל היו זמינים ועזרו לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים!! תודה רבה

מקום מקסים! יפייפה ושקט במיוחד, היורט גדול מרווח נקי ונעים. מאוד מומלץ לזוגות או יחיד המחפשים שקט נוף וקסם של הצפון! נחזור שוב ללא היסוס:)

היורט מכיל, נעים, שלו עם אוירה של פרטיות, נוף מרהיב, חתולה חמודה שמסתובבת במקום "אימצה" אותנו וזה היה היילייט נוסף עבור כולנו, בילהה ועזר מארחים נהדרים, מושלם למשפחות שמחפשות טבע, פשטות וחמימות, נהנינו מאוד!

Very nice and cozy yurt, in a quiet neighborhood with a cool and convenient private outdoor bathroom/shower. The place was tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Great place to stay if you're traveling in the region.

שני יורטים בתוך שדה דובדבנים בפאתי בוקעאתא, עם חלל אירוח משותף, רחב ידיים ומאובזר כולל מכונת קפה מקצועית. אמג'ד ואחיו, סעיד, אנשים טובים וחבבים מאד. האירוח מכל הלב והמקום מתוקתק. חווייה מצויינת לסוף שבוע מושלג בצפון רמת הגולן. הילדים נהנים מכל רגע. מומלץ בחום 💯

We had a wonderful stay at Rock Rose Ranch; the accomodation was pristine, clean and comfortable. The surroundings were beautiful and the hosts went above and beyond to help us when booking two families into staying at the yurts. They were amazing at communicating throughout and the horseriding lessons they provided our children were fantastic. The owner was so friendly and just lovely with the girls during their horseriding lessons. Highly recommend.

What a gem this place is! We loved staying there - the views are magical, and Anna was a wonderful host. She even shared some fresh produce from her farm as a welcome gift - the most delicious broad beans, lemons and eggs, as well as homemade jam - and took us on a tour of the farm and let our son say hi to the chickens! The location is amazing - very close to Kato Drys village, which is a more picturesque and less touristy version of Lefkara, as well as Vavla village. Both villages have great restaurants that Anna had recommended to us, and there's short walks you can do with children there (but in Kato Drys the walks are not particularly well signposted!). The beach is also near by car! At the same time, the location is so peaceful and wonderful to relax at! And the kitchen is well stocked so you can easily cook wonderful meals and enjoy the view there. Overall, we would really really recommend the place and would love to go back one day!

Alojarse en la Yurte de Shannon fue la mejor opción para pasar vacaciones cerca de la naturaleza en la fantástica costa de Cadiz. Perfectamente ubicada !

התארחנו אצל יוגב ביורט, חוית אירוח מיוחדת במינה. כבר כשמגיעים למושב עמיקם מבינים שמגיעים למקום נדיר ביופיו רק במרחק חצי שעה מהמרכז. מאחורי היורט יש חצר מוצלת עם עץ ענקי שאפשר לרבוץ שם כל היום, לנשום אויר נקי, להביט אל כל הירוק שמסביב ולהירגע. מקום מקסים ומיוחד ומעבר לכך יוגב המארח היה מדהים, מהרגע הראשון בטלפון הבנתי שמדובר בבנאדם נדיר עם וויבים מיוחדים. לכל אורך הדרך הוא הסביר ועזר בהרבה סבלנות ואהבה. מחכים כבר לפעם הבאה.

היורט בבוסתן פשוט קסום ✨✨ דורון היה מאוד זמין והיורט היה מושלם ל-24 שעות מדהימות ומדויקות!

חוות נאח"ת רוח היא מקום מאוד מיוחד, יש יער מאכל, בריכת נוי אקולוגית, תרנגולות וגינה קהילתית. מקום יפה להסתובב בו. אנחנו ישנו ביורט המונגולי שהיה מאובזר מעולה, היה לנו מקרר קטן, מאווררים, מיטה זוגית, אזור פרטי לישיבה בחוץ ולמדורה. החיסרון היחיד היה הקירבה לאזור המשותף שהייתה בו קבוצה גדולה שהייתה מאוד רועשת. המטבח, השירותים והמקלחות הם משותפים, יש שירותים ומקלחות קונבנציונליים ויש אקולוגיים, במטבח לא יצא לנו להשתמש. המארחים היו נחמדים ומאוד זמינים אפילו שהגענו בשעה לא מאוד שגרתית הייתה שם מישהי שקיבלה את פנינו והראתה לנו את המקום. הישוב עצמו גם נחמד להסתובב בו, יש פינת חי, בית קפה וחנות יד שניה. בקיצור אם אתם מסוג האנשים שאוהבים לחוות דברים חדשים, לא מחפשים מקום מבריק מניקיון ושמחים לחלוק את המרחב שלכם עם עוד אנשים זה מקום נהדר בשבילכם.
