Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Afantou

We have just spent 5 days in the apartment and we absolutely loved it! The apartment was super clean when we arrived, it’s very spacious with air conditioning in each room. Bottles of cold water in the fridge were a nice touch! The views are incredible and the beach is only a 5 minute drive away! The hot tub is great and the balcony is big so you can sunbathe there too. Plenty of towels and the kitchen has everything you need. The host is very welcoming and helpful! Thank you so much for a relaxing stay :)

Alles war so wie beschrieben. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und gingen selbstständig einkaufen und ins Dorf. Grosszügiges Haus und ganz tolle Lage. Die Abendstimmungen sind ein Traum, wir wollten gar nicht mehr Nach Hause gehen. Wenn man etwas kritisieren will, dann vielleicht den arg kleinen Geschirrspüler, welcher kaum das ganze Geschirr für acht Personen aufnehmen kann. Auch die Küche ist nicht gerade über dimensioniert, aber mit den vier Herdplatten kann man gut kochen. Pefkos im Herbst ist ein ruhiges, schönesTouristendorf. Obwohl das Haus an einer manchmal recht stark befahrenen Strasse liegt, hat uns die Strasse gar nicht gestört. Das Haus liegt ja zurückgesetzt und erhöht. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder einmal zu kommen!

We had a wonderful week. The villa was perfect, just as described, really well designed and with fantastic views. The location is brilliant, Lindos is stunning, and the weather was perfect. We had great times on the beach and in the sea as well as soaking up the history - of which there is of course a lot. Getting up to the acropolis is a must. We love Greek food and everywhere we ate was high quality in lovely settings (every restaurant in Lindos has a rooftop with views of the acropolis). Christina couldn't have been more friendly and more helpful. On the final day we had a late flight home and Christina arranged for us to be looked after at their beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of Rhodes town so that we could explore the city with our bags securely stored. We genuinely couldn't have asked for more. We love seeing new places each year but this is the first time we have ever been tempted to go straight back! Thanks again Christina!

Wir haben 10 sehr schöne Tage im Casa Bonita verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt nah am Stand von Afantou, wo wir jeden Tag schwimmen waren im wunderschönen, sauberen Wasser. Die Zeit dort war klasse!

The property was well-maintained, pretty clean, had all essentials & was in a great location! Communication was good, however, the meeting spot was at Kolona gate which is hard to find on a map and even the security guards around Rhodes city weren’t aware of where it was. We were able to navigate close to the property and then Stavros‘s father met us to guide us the last bit. The hot tub could’ve used a good cleaning prior to our arrival as there was a fair amount of dirt and film on it. As a note to others, we did use the laundry machine, however there was no dryer so a dry drying rack was provided. The area had high humidity while we were there and things took more than two days to dry on the rack. So if you want to use the washing machine give yourself time for things to dry. The accidentally broke a pot & communicated with Stavros & left €20 to cover replacement. He was very nice about this. They also allowed us a late checkout since we had a late flight which was kind!

Βασιλική ist eine sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Wir konnten uns jederzeit mit irgend einem Anliegen bei ihr melden und sie meldete sich gleich zurück. Der Pool ist sehr gemütlich um darin zu plantschen und um sich von der Hitze abzukühlen. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche ist sehr gross. Gewisse Möbel sind schon älter und in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, man kann sie jedoch trotzdem gut benutzen. Die Gegend eignet sich gut um verschiedene Strände mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir haben unsere 9 Tage genossen. Danke Βασιλική 🌷

We enjoyed staying at this great place. It is located conveniently 5 minutes walk-away from the South end of the Stegna beach (1 minute by car with plenty of parking available at the bottom). The rental is a ground floor of a two story house, however no areas are shared. We didn’t use the BBQ as there were no supplies but I can imagine it being really nice sitting outside and cooking a meal. A special recommendation from Dimitrios was Stegna Fish restaurant and we loved it there. Overall, a really pleasant stay. Thank you for having us.

Nous avons séjourné quelques nuits dans cette maison avec nos enfants. Le logement est très propre, conforme à la description. La maison se trouve dans le centre, à proximité des commerces mais aussi d'une route un peu passante. Konstantinos a été très accueillant et facilitant pour nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ.

Villa Iris is a beautiful place in a great location. Manos and Cristos were both very helpful and responsive. We went away with 2 young kids who loved the pool and jacuzzi! The villa was very clean, had all the essentials, the beds were comfy and felt like a 5 star hotel. The location was great, 10min walk to the beach, great restaurants close by anywhere from 5-20 minutes (would recommend Nikolas Restaurant just round the corner). Would 100% stay again! Thanks Manos

Our stay at the Medieval Villa was fantastic! Lots of space for everyone and incredibly beautiful house. We enjoyed a dinner in the Medieval dining room as well as a Jacuzzi on the rooftop, best of both worlds! The kitchen was very well appointed with a coffee machine, and the host left us some beers and soft drinks. Staying in the old town was a magical experience to walk around the uncrowded medieval streets early in the morning and after dinner at night. The host was very responsive and provided an airport pick up. Would strongly recommend, we only wished we had stayed longer!

Despina war sehr zuvorkommend und stets erreichbar. Die Villa überzeugte mit seinen schönen Lichtern in der Abendstimmung, dem Pool und dem Whirlpool. Einige Klimaanlagen tropften ein wenig, was Despina aber reparieren lässt. Die Sauberkeit war allgemein nicht auf höchstem Standart aber der Klimazone entsprechend. Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen und wir würden wiederkommen. Hatten eine wundervolle Zeit!

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum und hatte alles, was man benötigt. Da wir spät angereist sind wurden im Vorfeld sogar einige Grundnahrungsmittel besorgt für den ersten Abend. Wir alle haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Très bel accueil faite par Alex, hôte toujours disponible et à notre écoute. Il nous a donné d excellents conseils de visites et de très restaurants. Le logement est très agréable et en lien exact avec les photos présentés sur le site. Nous y retournerons volontiers. C’est un très bel endroit pour des vacances au soleil.

Wow... what a holiday experience! Villa Diaz was just stunning... beautiful inside and out, and exceptionally fitted out with everything we could possibly need (for both adults and children). Right from initial contact with Kostas regarding availability of the villa, he was an absolute dream host. So responsive, super friendly, and just lovely to speak with. He honestly couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. He was there when we needed him, shared recommendations for places to visit, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best holiday. Amazing!

Har vært på mange airbnb gjennom årene, men aldri opplevd lignende gjestfrihet og service som vi finn av Kostas og hans far George. Vi var der i en uke. Totalt 5 personer. Huset var skinnende rent, ALT var gjennomtenkt. De kom til og med og rengjorde en ekstra gang midt i uken for å skifte sengetøy og håndklær samt rengjøring!! Med slik service, hvem behøver hotell?? Fantastisk, anbefales for familier!
