Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Aegean Sea

This was our second trip to Santorini and we had a perfect stay! Alekos and Markos were great hosts and very responsive. Markos helped bring our bags down to the unit, showed me where to park, and even carried them back up when we checked out. Picturesque view in a peaceful corner of Oia right at the beginning of the main strip, so your a 5 min walk to all restaurants without feeling overwhelmed with the cruise crowds that pour in and out of the town daily. They have remodeled the bedroom and there was more than enough space for our two large checked bags to be unpacked and stored leaving room for a sitting area and even my yoga mat. Everything was amazing from start to finish. Thank you!

Great place to stay just next to Fira bus station where you can take a bus to anywhere on the island. Very convenient, near Fira square with restaurants. Great apartment, matches the description.

Such kind and lovely hosts. An amazing experience from start to finish. Very comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom as well as beautiful patio and outdoor eating area. Gorgeous furnishings and thoughtful little extras like wine, snacks and bottled water on arrival. You could not ask for more❤️

Everything was perfect

Very comfortable stay with clean fresh sheets and towels (they smelled nice even after 3 days!). Loved the sunrise view from the room, we woke up at 6 am to catch the sunrise and have breakfast in the balcony. It’s walkable to main square as well as main attractions.

Our stay at Ambi Villa was nothing short of magical. The location is absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic views that capture the essence of Santorini - sunsets, sea breeze, and serenity all rolled into one. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible hospitality provided by Alma, Bilal, and their wonderful son, Miguel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. A generous spread of authentic Greek snacks, local delicacies, and a bottle of complimentary Greek wine greeted us, setting the tone for a warm and memorable experience. It wasn’t just about the amenities (which were all top-notch); it was the service. From complimentary laundry to helping us arrange transfers and unforgettable local tours, everything was handled with care and genuine warmth. It felt like we had our own personal concierge - with the heart and soul of a true family. This home is an experience in hospitality, culture, and comfort. We left with full hearts and lifelong memories!

Absolutely beautiful and stunning view. The entire unit is like a work of art. Everyone is so kind and the assistance with the bags was the perfect cherry on top. It’s a bit of a maze walking around the area around the air bnb, but with tons of sites to see and photos to take we didn’t mind it at all. Highly recommend this beautiful and stunning unit.

Manolis was very friendly and welcoming—he welcomed us in person, gave us a bottle of wine and water as a welcome. His place is beautiful looking out toward the east of the island with a gorgeous view and lovely jacuzzi. It was a beautiful and modern location to stay. The location is in Pyrgos Kallistis, a quieter village high up on Thira (Santorini) island with panoramic views of the island. About a ten minute walk into town where there are many delicious cafes and restaurants as well as the bus stop to get into more touristy parts of the island. I would recommend renting a vehicle if staying here as the bus is relatively infrequent and unreliable. All in all a wonderful stay thanks to a beautiful location and hospitable host!

Ifijenia's apartment is awesome! Nice, little cycladic house with two terraces for two different kind of needs. Close to Kamari's town center, but still very quiet and private. Very comfy bed, coffee machine, aircon. The communication and checkin were also very smooth and fast - I can definitely recommend this gig :)

This villa at the Chelidonia was beautiful! The front desk was super helpful with transportation to and from the Oia. We were welcomed with complementary lemonades and they even held our luggage for us as we were a little early for check-in. They made wonderful recommendations, our favorite was Pitogyros - so good! They also set reservations for us at a restaurant for a sunset view. This is Oia, so crowds were expected but the front of the villa was so private! There is a bit of noise with the surrounding restaurants next to/above the villa but it was not terribly loud. The villa was in the ideal location, not far from the main square where you can take a taxi to the other areas of the island. The sunset view from our terrace was beautiful and included a blue dome! Would book again if we ever return to Santorini.

If you’re going to do Santorini, this may as well be the place to splurge on - just stay in, enjoy the space and avoid all the hoards of tourists. Everything was great - only two minor points for improvement: there is a similar property right next door to this one (which the photos do well to not show) with nothing separating the balconies - so it’s not the most private of spaces. Perhaps a small wall or plants would help so you’re not so exposed to the guests next door. Mattress feels like it’s probably on its way out, very soft and could probably do with an update. Other than that, it was brilliant place to avoid the crowds from!

Clean and renovated. A little bit of a walk to Fira but still close and a good value for the price. The kitchen/twin bed doesn’t have an AC so it’s less cool than the bedroom but was still cool. Andreas arranged an airport transfer for 30€ which was nice and a better price than standard taxis, which are 35-40€ depending if you have card or cash. Would be nice to have a lockbox for self check-in as we had to wait a bit to check-in

We LOVED this location. First and foremost, the view was phenomenal. No matter what we did during the day, it was a priority to get back to our patio for sunset. On this island, that's irreplaceable. Second, we really liked being centrally located on the island. That allowed us to go north one day, south another, and check out what was near us on our partial days. I would not want to stay in Oia with its overcrowded insanity. And staying just north of Fira in an area called Firastefani meant we could walk to the action but be far enough away to not feel overwhelmed. We had an ATV and never had an issue parking nearbyish. Note, it is a little difficult to find the place the first time, and it is a little bit of a walk from where one parks. But trust me, it's SO worth it. Finally, the actual contact is a lovely woman named Rena who is responsive and provides all you need. You can choose to have your place cleaned every day or not at all, just let them know. This is a great spot!

Alexandros was super sweet and his AirBnB was even sweeter! A windmill house, a few minutes from the town centre, with a nice little porch in front, it’s exactly what seperates AirBnBs from hotels. Highly recommend staying here!

Poppy was an excellent host, her communications were excellent and made everything easy for us. The accommodation was very good with a very large patio with views to the sea and the sunrise. I got up early twice to watch the sunrise and it was awesome. The walk to the town was approximately 5 minutes and to the bus station approximately 10 minutes. Restaurants and drinking establishments were abundant and the view of the Caldera from town and along the hiking path from Fira to Oia are stunning. Fira is hilly, so you have to be able to manage some elevation changes and steps. Public busses are a good way to access the entire island (including the ferry port and airport) at a very reasonable cost.

Really nice place to stay, great location - very convenient for the beach! Excellent communication from the host. They arranged my airport transfers and had great recommendations for things to do. The studio was spotless and cleaned daily. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Makerouta is a great host. She is so patience and helpful. The house is close to the bus station. Located in a quiet area but within few minutes, there are so many nice restaurants nearby and the foods are great. walking distance to black sand beach. Thank you for your help during our stay!

Just a stones throw distance from the beach, with pretty much everything you need within a 5 minute walk, a small but complete apartment, the office is underneath the apartment, open all day and the host always more then happy to help you with any question or tips. When I arrived, a sandstorm had hit the island the day before so the whole island was covered in sand, the cleaning lady noticeably spent a lot of extra effort to get the place spotless again. No matter when I entered the office, David, our host, was always in happy mood and always found time for some chitchat, a great guy! Parking our rental car was never an issue, there was an semi fenced in area just behind the apartments, which is an old campsite. We were there late may early June, so a bit before main season, so it gets busier in main season. In short, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it if you are not looking for something super fancy and relaxing.

Panagiotis is a great host! We enjoyed staying here and def recommend it! He’s very friendly and extremely helpful with anything you need.

Yiannis was very kind, assisting me with my large suitcase on his motorbike up the hill so I didn’t have to carry! I booked on the day for to some last minute changes and he was very accomodating and communicative with my check in. The place is exactly pictured and was extremely clean. Close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. Thank you Yiannis 🌞

Beautiful three night stay at Apanomeria Boutique Residence with Soritis end of October 2024. Fantastic communication with Soritis, helpful information appreciated throughout our vacation, journey! Lovely surroundings, warm spa Pool and hot shower. Lovely clean homely Apartment. Plentiful places to sit and relax. Walking distance to Sunset, restaurants and bars. We hired a ATV and drove to beaches on other side of Santorini. Beautiful bakeries across the island!
