Holiday rentals with lake access in Adriatic Sea

Tutto super!!! Alessandra è stata molto gentile e attenta nei nostri confronti. La casa si trova a 2 passi dal lago, dove puoi godere di una bellissima vista. Ottimo per un weekend in famiglia o con amici !! Ve la consiglio vivamente 😊😊

Beautiful place. Walking distance from cottage there is a beautiful lake were you can swim. The area is quite and peaceful. Cottage was extremely clean and there were all the required essentials. Bed was super comfortable. For those looking for tranquility this place is high recommended.

We were honestly blown away - quiet literally! Nikola was friendly and professional, right from picking us up on the boat to dropping us back off. He made sure we felt at home, helped when we were stuck for groceries due to flight delays, and even threw in some house extras! The house was well equipped, with free kayaks to use, local restaurant, and the views were simply breathtaking. The only sounds were of birds chirping and boats gurgling. We had a couple of windy days, but that only made the experience more exciting. We had our breakfast on the patio, watched the sunset and stars appear, dipped in the river, bird watched, and went kayaking up to the monastery. Overall, a beautiful house in a breathtaking place of natural beauty, with a superb host... We recommend boating over to the restaurant in the summer. Many times we even watched the friendly restaurant owner pull out fish from the river - It was delicious.

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern und unserem Hund für eine Woche in Guidos Unterkunft . Sie liegt etwas höher gelegen nicht weit von einem Großen See entfernt , den man vom Garten aus betrachten kann. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn und das Ferienhaus ist komplett eingezäunt . Der Pool ist nochmals separat eingezäunt, was es für unsere Kinder sehr sicher gemacht hat, da 2 unserer Kinder noch nicht schwimmen konnten :-) Überall stehen wundervolle Olivenbäume und in Guidos Garten steht der größte Baum . Nebenbei bemerkt bekommt man bei Guido auch eines der besten Oliven Öle aus eigener Produktion ! Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe , ist sehr gepflegt , wie auch die komplette Anlage und auf den liegen bekommt man den ganzen Tag Sonne ab :-) Die kürzeste Entfernung zum Meer mit wundervollem Sandstrand beträgt ca 45 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir können jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen der einen Ort zum abschalten sucht und die Seele baumeln lassen möchte , es war ein toller Urlaub ! :-)

Wat een prachtige accommodatie met geweldig uitzicht op het meer! Shiroka zit vol met gezellige restaurantjes en je bent ook zo in Shkodër (wij hadden een huurauto). Alles is schoon, netjes en ruim. Barize is heel aardig en gastvrij. Ze maakte geweldige ontbijtgerechten voor ons. Echt een aanrader om hier te verblijven!

Non posso che consigliare vivamente l'alloggio di Maurizio. Il posto è letteralmente incantevole, sia per il parco che circonda la casa, sia per la vista mozzafiato sul lago, specialmente al tramonto. La casa all'interno è rifinita in maniera eccezionale in ogni dettaglio, con arredamento ed accessori di qualità elevatissima. Posso affermare, senza ombra di dubbio, che il nostro soggiorno presso l'alloggio di Maurizio è stato assolutamente la migliore esperienza mai fatta con Airbnb. Il costo, rispetto alla qualità del soggiorno è assolutamente conveniente. Maurizio è stato un host impeccabile, gentilissimo ed attento ad ogni dettaglio. Una persona veramente eccezionale che ha reso il nostro soggiorno assolutamente perfetto. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno semplicemente indimenticabile in questa splendida casa vacanza! La posizione è perfetta: immersa nella natura, a pochi passi dalle acque cristalline del Lago di Bolsena, con una vista mozzafiato. La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort: cucina attrezzata, letti comodissimi, spazi esterni dove rilassarsi al sole o cenare sotto le stelle. Il giardino è un sogno. Per non parlare dei servizi e del kit di benvenuto. Fenomenale

The accommodation was beautifully situated on the hill with a unique view. The condition of the house was absolutely immaculate! It was also very clean. The apartment is managed by a lady and her husband. Both are extremely nice and invited us for a coffee and homemade pomegranate juice. Really very welcoming! If you don't speak Serbian, you can communicate via Google Translater - this was absolutely no problem! As there was no booking after us, a later ckeck-out was possible. Wecreally apriciated this! We can really recommend this accomodation!

L’alloggio era molto pulito e nuovo, fornisce una vista mozzafiato sul mare grazie alla vetrata che chiude la stanza.Ogni appartamento ha un tavolino in pietra davanti all’entrata ed è perfetto per pranzi e cene.Per accedere al mare è necessario scendere una rampa di scale.Sarà anche possibile utilizzare lettini ombrelloni e una doccia messi a disposizione. Nei dintorni sono presenti molti buoni ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi o in macchina.Lo stesso vale per le spiagge che offrono la possibilità di noleggiare kayak e moto d’acqua.Nonostante i tre appartamenti siano separati da una parete, durante il soggiorno si riesce a mantenere una buona privacy.L’host è stato sempre molto disponibile e reattivo ,sia prima del nostro arrivo per fornire indicazioni e anche durante il soggiorno, riuscendo ad essere reperibile anche di sera tardi intervenendo prontamente anche di persona. Su richiesta ci è stato fornito un servizio navetta per raggiungere la casa dall’aereoporto Ci torneremo di certo

Incredible penthouse with stunning views! Pictures are exactly the same. Excellent communication with Barend, he was proactive to always help if needed and responsive. Fast WiFi for remote working. Perfect for long stays- they HAVE EVERYTHING from cooking to linens- it’s top notch! Restaurants, grocery store, beach, and gym, are literally out the door. Very friendly neighbors too, I made a lot of friends! Highly recommend Valbona Apartments!

We absolutely loved the apartment. Very centrally located, near the ferry docking and everything else. Yes, one does have to go up and down 3 short flights of stairs but it’s so worth it! Super, super equipped with everything you need and more. Very well equipped! So sweet of Margherita and Graziella to provide extra provisions and treats! Not many Airbnbs we’ve been to were that generous. We really appreciated everything. Comfy bed, cozy feel and clean. Slight sewage smell in the bathroom but we attributed that to the old building & Jo bathroom fan to vent. I was so happy to be able to use my French to talk with Margherita at check in. Margherita was very friendly and attentive, explaining everything for us. The best gelato we had so far on this trip is @ the Tropical Gelateria to the right of the apartment building as you exit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment. Thank you so much Margherita & Graziella for sharing the place with us.

L'appartamento di Ajmona è molto spazioso, pulito e fornito di qualunque cosa si possa avere bisogno durante il soggiorno. Pur trovandosi in una zona centrale e comoda è silenzioso e tranquillo. La comunicazione con Ajmona è sempre stata rapida e ci ha aiutate molto anche prima dell'arrivo.

This home was incredible! The backyard and garden surrounding the home was magical- just like how I imagine the shire to be! Dorde was an exceptional host- he helped us out with directions, recommendations, etc. I cannot recommend this home and/or Dorde enough!

A very nice and quiet apartment with everything including a barbecue area and an extra shower outside! Only 600 meters on foot to the village of Piediluco. Very nice restaurants, beaches and definitely take the stairs that go up into the village. Winding stairs with very cute corners and a great view. And of course the Cascata delle Marmara.

Cottage in legno curatissimo su un ramo secondario del fiume. Vicino alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti principali.... Atmosfera incantevole... Siamo stati benissimo

Fantastic place - 1000 characters are too few to describe everything! The apartments are arranged in a way that no one disturbs each other. All around, there's silence and tranquility. The house is an excellent base for both longer and shorter trips. The pool on hot days allowed us to catch our breath after sightseeing. The kitchen is decently equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and their professionalism is evident. We felt taken care of every day. The complete set of information received before arrival made planning our stay much easier. Plus, we had good ongoing communication. All of Sabina's recommendations were useful for us. If they organize a walk around the area, we definitely recommend participating 😊 Not far from the house is a well-stocked Gala grocery store. In the town of Tavernelle, you can find great ice cream and a pastry shop, and on selected days, you can buy vegetables at the market. After these holidays, Umbria has gained a special place in our hearts.

Socrates nagyon barátságos, segítőkész házigazda. Ajánlom a helyet azoknak, akik csöndes pihenésre vágynak és nem szeretik a nagy nyüzsgést és zsúfoltságot.

Mit der Ankunft haben wir(2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) uns wohl gefühlt. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Privatstrand der direkt am Haus liegt. Anfangs hat unser Sohn noch den Pool genutzt aber der Strand war dann doch interessanter! Desweiteren haben wir täglich das bereitgestellte Kanu und das SUP genutzt. Ein nahes Restaurant ist gut über den Wasserweg erreichbar, mit dem Auto etwas holprig und dauert länger… Gute Ausstattung, Liegen mit Auflagen, Moskitonetze, tolle Aufmerksamkeiten zur Ankunft wie Wasser, Eis fürs Kind und Citronella Kerzen fürs abendliche Wohlbefinden auf der Terrasse. Das untere Schlafzimmer ist toll und schön kühl zu halten, die oberen Betten sind unter dem Dach wo es naturgemäß etwas wärmer ist und die Betten nicht ganz so bequem. Allerdings gibt es zu öffnende Dachfenster, auch mit Moskitoschutz somit kommt hier nachts doch etwas Kühlere Luft rein und wenn man richtig liegt kann man den Sternenhimmel betrachten. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Posto delizioso, curato, essenziale, perfetto per chi desidera un soggiorno tranquillo e di relax con i propri amici a 4 zampe… La casa é recintata e dunque perfetta per lasciare i cani liberi , troverete un delizioso giardino ombreggiato da ulivi con lettini prendi sole e doccia esterna. Il patio con il tavolino esterno ci ha permesso di mangiare fuori e godere del posto. A due passi dalla casetta una stradina privata vi porterà alla spiaggia del lago, anch’essa tranquilla e perfetta per pace e relax…che dire per noi , oltre le aspettative rimarrete più che soddisfatti. When I saw the photos from this Airbnb, I knew that my husband and I had to stay here! I booked it a year ahead of time so that we wouldn't miss out on this beautiful place. Reality is even better than the photos! The mountains are a lush green and provide a stunning backdrop to the gorgeous lake. We enjoyed the views from the cozy and comfortable bed, while eating lunch and dinner, and while enjoying a drink on the balcony. We grocery shopped in Scanno and made delicious meals in the well equipped kitchen. The area was lovely too! We were immursed in nature. We did the hike up to see the lake in a heart shape. We parked a 3 minute drive away, near the hotel, historic church and boat rental. We got free parking while we charged our electric car. We also explored Scanno, Introdacqua, and Pettorano Sul Gizio where we toured a small 11th century castle. I highly recommend this Airbnb! You will never forget the views and the scenic drives around the area!

Wir haben zu zweit, bzw. zeitweise zu dritt und 2 Hunden wundervolle Tage verbracht und konnten die Gelegenheit nutzen Ausflüge an die Plitvicer Seen und an die Adriaküste zu unternehmen. Der Fluss vor der Tür lädt auch zu kleinen Paddeltouren zum gemütlichen Wasserfall stromaufwärts ein. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort und kommen gerne wieder !
