Holiday rentals with a sauna in Adriatic Sea

Spacious, clean, and ideally located, the accommodation is just around 15 to 20 minute walk to some of the major attractions and is close to a great gelato place and many breakfast options. Agnes was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to our needs. She even helped us arrange a car service to the airport.

A big thank you to Giorgia for his warm welcome, kindness, listening and great helpfulness! She gave us some great tips for discovering good restaurants, nice walks and the must-sees of this wonderful city where we spent three unforgettable days. Her place, located on the ground floor close to all amenities, is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the hot tub and sauna are perfect for relaxing after a long day in the alleys of Venice, a 99% pedestrian city (no cars, no scooters, and no bikes either!). We strongly recommend this listing as well as Giorgia. You won't be disappointed! Enjoy your stay!

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

The stay at Lukas Apartment was absolutely amazing! The apartment is perfectly located close to all important spots and the sea in Rijeka. Everything was clean and lovely, it felt at least like a 4 star hotel. The infrared sauna was top of the notch.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

The apartment is perfectly located—close enough to town to walk, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the crowds. The outdoor space was a highlight: spacious, private, and perfect for relaxing with a coffee or a glass of wine. Having a grocery store right downstairs was incredibly convenient. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

Galdino was a great host and the flat looked exactly like on the photos. It’s perfect for a weekend trip with a friend as it has two separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Highly recommendable.

We had a wonderful stay. Lavender Bay is a beautiful place with great facilities. It’s peaceful and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The views are amazing! Selcan was a fantastic host - very responsive and friendly. Our special request to postpone the trip was accepted without hesitation. Thanks again!! 🙏

Francesca is an excellent host. Very helpful, very kind and always willing to answer our questions and give us great tips. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It is conveniently located close to the old town, port, train station and all the main attractions of the area. Francesca gave us accurate directions on how to access the apartment, and made check in and check out very easy. Our stay in Sorrento was very nice and apart from the excessive humidity of the area everything else was great!

A beautiful setting and a way to relax in nature and the sounds of the birds. Perfectly decorated former hayloft that is filled with all the amenities to spend a wonderful time with a better half. The jacuzzi and sauna are with a beautiful view. The cleanliness is immaculate and the property is full of little things that sometimes forget to bring for a weekend trip. The house is a beautiful blend of most traditional and modern decor where everything stands cozy in the space. The view and access is full of privacy since it is at the end of a place with a nice meadow to the forest.

Very walkable, exceptionally clean, nice outdoor rooftop area, quiet neighborhood, excellent communication by host.

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

We had an amazing stay at Nikola's place! Great views, plenty of privacy, and the perfect space to enjoy for large groups. Still easy to access other areas of Split via taxi. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

I had a fantastic stay at Anna’s place! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. Anna was an incredibly responsive and kind host—communication was smooth from start to finish. I truly loved everything about my stay. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.
