A sanctuary, easy check in, easy to go to Luzern and easy to go to local areas for hiking. The house was very clean, a little old BUT the outside space and lounge area is perfect for complete relaxation. Recommend.

Una has a very beautiful apartment. Well equipped with all essential items. The location was around 15 mins bus ride from Luzern center. There were many restaurants and supermarkets just opposite to the apartment. Una was also a great host. Very proactive and takes good care of the guests. In terms of improvements, we felt a bit difficult to locate the apartment initially as Google maps showed the backside of the apartment. Perhaps a detailed instruction guide of accessing the apartment and the keys can help. Also, some hotels provide a Luzern guest card on overnight stay that makes the public transport free. It will be of great help to guests if Una can make arrangements for similar guest cards. Nevertheless, it was a great experience and we definitely recommend booking Una's place to all visitors coming to Luzern!

Celine is the perfect host. She was soo helpful and sweet and she made us feel right at home. Her recommendations were spot on and she was amazing to talk to. Her place is perfect. The house is adorable and our room was very comfy and cute. She provided us with snacks and chocolates and was always available when we needed her. Her bnb is literally a 7-10 min walk from the station and her directions were exact. The bnb has all the amenities needed and is even more beautiful than the pictures. 100/10 and we hope to be back very soon.
