Extremely helpful, and very prompt response time. Matan allowed us to check in way earlier than our check in time, and checked in on a daily basis to see how everything was going. The home was fully stocked with literally everything. I have booked other air bnb’s where I had to go out and purchase things to clean, but this home had literally everything. To say this home was great, is an understatement. My husband is extremely picky, and he has ZERO complaints. I am extremely happy that we found this place, it was everything described and more.

This was our own little paradise. It was better than the pictures and the hosts were so communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay again!!

We had a great weekend staying at this location. The house was exactly what we expected! It’s also located in a nice neighborhood. We came for a concert at the Globe Life Field. The location is perfect for a quick Uber/Lyft trip to the stadium. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The kids had so much fun in the pool. The hosts were also quick to respond to any issues. I definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Had such a wonderful staycation this past weekend! It was spotless and matches the description as listed. Great place for a family to stay at! Just fyi, the pool was much deeper than it seems! Didn't notice any signage that said how deep it was but it didn't stop us from having fun! Everything overall was a great experience and felt like we were right at home. Would recommend highly!

This Airbnb felt right at home. Sergio had everything you could think of at his Airbnb. If you didn’t want to leave the Airbnb you didn’t have to because he had everything you could possibly want to do. House was very clean. Location was perfect. Overall 5 stars if i was to come back to Dallas I’ll definitely book there again

The house was great! Our kids loved the pool and all of the garage games. It fit our crew well and we all had plenty of room. House is clean. Easy check in and check out process!

My daughter got married at the Rose Gardens nearby and her bridal party stayed at this lovely little house. They had a great time although there was a slight issue with the door code and alarm code not working, It was very quickly resolved as the host was very responsive.

This was a beautiful home. We have no complaints, and worth the money. It was clean, tidy and had a stock kitchen for cooking. We look forward to staying at some of his other property. The area is older but it’s a prime location to get anywhere in Dallas.

I stayed at Quang’s place long term and it was a wonderful stay. I didn’t need for anything as the house was fully equipped and just as described in the pictures. Everything was clean and I had plenty of space. The desk helped a lot, working from home. The location is perfect. Close to downtown and other fun, local cities. Overall, a better than expected stay. I would absolutely recommend staying at any of Quang’s properties.

We had a great 9-day stay while working remotely. The home was exactly as described: modern, spacious, and spotless, with very comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and excellent Wi-Fi. It was perfect for just the two of us, with loads of space, but could easily fit more. Check-in was smooth and communication was clear. The location is quiet and private, with easy parking right outside. We found some great local spots too. Turbo Coffee was a favourite. You’ll want a car, as it’s a bit remote, but we’d definitely stay again.

Was staying for a convention in Dallas and loved our stay. Once we figured out where to park, it was an easy place to get in and out of. It was a perfect place to hop on the highway to get to Dallas, Ft. Worth, etc. If you are staying with multiple people, this is the place for you!

This house was terrific - the value, the charm, the amenities. It was exactly what we needed and would definitely stay again. The space was elevated and so well thought out, backyard a lovely oasis. Highly recommend.

The place was very nice and had a great rooftop deck. It was very convenient to the freeway but quiet and close to where we wanted to be (we were there for a high school graduation). Everything was just as Benjamin & Ulises's described and we were pretty busy with graduation parties and didn't need any help from them but there were very responsive about check-in and check-out. Would definitely consider renting here again.

We needed a place to stay at the last minute and Christanne came to the rescue. Although she wasn't expecting a rental at such short notice, she came and made sure everything was up to standard. We were in town for a medical procedure and Christanne went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. While we were at the hospital she went by to make sure our grocery order was delivered and even put the groceries away since we didn't have a definite time we would leave the hospital. She was in contact with us all week checking to see how the procedure went and if there was anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable.

Perfect stay in Dallas area. Great part of town. The home (and yes, I said "home") never felt like we were staying at someone else's property. It was so peaceful and enjoyable with plenty to do in spending time with family. So thankful that Abimbola's listing was available. Perfect home with a perfect host. Only wish is that we could have stayed longer.... which we will definitely do next time!

This was the best house I have stayed in. Everything was so easy to use and access. And beautiful. Truly! Labels for EVERYTHING so you could easily cook in the fully resourced kitchen. Incredibly helpful and restful for people who love orderliness and organization.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Ryan's Airbnb! The beautiful decoration throughout the space made it feel inviting and stylish, and the lovely backyard with a pool was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. A small but great place to stay at! the bed was comfortable as was the pull out sofa. The bathroom had plenty of space. The host was incredibly helpful as well when I had made an error in my booking dates, I couldn't recommend her enough!

The house was perfect for our big family. Neighborhood was quiet and safe but east to access all the major highways! We were in Dallas for my mom's burial and memorial and it was so nice to come home to a home like environment after those emotional days!
