Holiday rentals with a patio in Addison County

Overall great stay! Responsive hosts. Close to the mountain but a trek if walking with ski gear, easier to drive 1 min to the main mountain parking lot. Building hallways smelled like cigarette smoke but did not spread into the condo. Place was comfortable but pricey, made easier to swallow with a group of 4.

The cabin was great, felt really right at home. Great surroundings. A really nice place to stay for a trip to Sugarbush ski resort.

Jodie’s place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfy stay! There were some really cute personal touches in the space that made it feel extra homey. We will definitely stay again anytime we’re in the area.

We have stayed with Benjamin several times over the past few years and cannot say enough great things about his AIRBNB. I would recommend his place to anyone short term or long term! We have stayed both! Looking forward to staying again in the future.

This was our third stay with Doug and Robyn. Our daughter and her husband live down the road so the location wins a lot of points. Beautiful and peaceful site outside and large, open, but cozy space inside. You're likely to find beer, sparkling water, a bit of cheese and some eggs from the on-site coop when you arrive along with full setup for coffee and tea.

This lakeside gem was the setting for one of the most restful and beautiful stays we’ve ever had with Airbnb. I loved sitting every morning on their porch to take in the first bit of morning light, and every suggestion made by our host was better than the last. I’ve visited Vermont several times, but I was blown away by all of the hidden treasure suggested by our host - everything from thrift shops to the best cafes. My two kids had a blast here as well. I would highly recommend for couples, families, or friend groups looking to have fun together.

It was a wonderful home for our family to gather and celebrate my daughter’s recent graduation from Middlebury College. I just wish we had discovered Kathryn’s house before now, as we would have frequented the place on the many trips we made to see our daughter. If you are coming to the Middlebury area to see family or just to take in all that Middlebury has to offer, we would highly recommend The Birch at Barnum Hollow.

Barbara's house was truly one of a kind—if we could give it six stars, we would! Every detail was thoughtfully designed, from the heated floors and cozy beds to the warm wood-burning stove. The huge windows perfectly framed the mountains, giving us breathtaking views from every room. The artwork added a unique touch, and the location near skiing made our stay even more special. An unforgettable experience! We were so sad to leave.

The cottage is sooo nice and full of all necessary amenities. We loved the interior design, decor and all the puzzles. The beds were huge, rooms are really big too and the whole place is very clean. Loved staying there

The 'Archie Bunker" house is truly unique, and we loved it! Due to its uniqueness, it may not be for everyone, but Parker's descriptions are clear and accurate, and he and Sabra could not have been more responsive and helpful. We really loved the feel of the house the architectural interest, and would absolutely stay again. Also, the Warren and the Mad River area of Vermont are friendly and full of beauty and interest.

I wish had more opportunities to return to Middlebury because Andrea & Jeremy’s beautiful home is the first place I’d choose to book. The house is light-filled, cozy and comfortable but also tastefully minimalist with healthy thriving plants softening each corner. Andrea is a thoughtful host leaving notes, making recommendations and just generally being a lovely person during the communication process; we felt right at home. Beds are comfy and the house is immaculate. We loved walking into town and to the campus for our events. I highly recommend this home for your next stay in Middlebury.

What a wonderful retreat! Amy and her team have made this the easiest, most well-supplied and comfortable airbnb we have ever rented. This is our second time renting her place and I will do so again if I return to Middlebury! She even had outdoor blankets to borrow that we used for our cold graduation day; a shopping bag for groceries; coffee and cream and a basket of toiletries if needed. She has thought of everything! She was responsive, kind and lovely to chat with. Thank you Amy for allowing us to stay! It was perfect!

The condo was very cozy, clean and easy to navigate. Beds were comfortable and the easy access to Sugarbush shuttle was ideal!

Ross’s condo was the perfect spot for a Vermont getaway. It fit six adults perfectly along with our two dogs. Ross was so helpful about the check in process and the space was clean and quaint. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay near Sugarbush Resort.

We loved our stay at this condo! It was very comfortable and well updated. Beautiful views of Sugarbush from the condo. Very nice bathrooms and loved the gas fire place. Kids loved the bunk bed. The parking is on the same level as the condo, so very easy to park and walk to the condo. We took the free bus to Sugarbush, which picks up right outside the condo. The resort was only a few minutes away. We also took advantage of the community outdoor hot tubs and the indoor pool, which were great. Overall, a great spot for a family vacation to ski Sugarbush!

We noticed this listing at first mostly due to its location. The condo is close to multiple Mad River Valley ski locations and it is near friends of ours that live locally in Vermont. Once we got there however, we realized that the condo is perfect for our family of four. The place was super clean and comfortable and gave us a nice place to eat/sleep before heading out for the day. The hosts were super responsive and proactive communicating rules and instructions for use of the place. Would highly recommend and would certainly consider staying again.

Great location for visiting Sugarbush, roughly 3min drive to the slopes. Nice open layout, very comfortable living room and a peaceful back deck. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this condo on Sugarbush Mountain! The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to the base and all the mountain dining options. The condo itself was spotless and felt very welcoming. William, the host, was excellent with communication and incredibly accommodating, even with my same-day booking. Everything about the experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay right on the mountain!
