Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Addison County

It was a wonderful home for our family to gather and celebrate my daughter’s recent graduation from Middlebury College. I just wish we had discovered Kathryn’s house before now, as we would have frequented the place on the many trips we made to see our daughter. If you are coming to the Middlebury area to see family or just to take in all that Middlebury has to offer, we would highly recommend The Birch at Barnum Hollow.

9 of us spent an excellent weekend here while visiting Rochester for a wedding. Everything was super easy, plenty of room to easily park 4 cars without blocking each other at all. Clear instructions to cover various situations, and added care on Gina's part to give alternative driving approaches to the house in bad weather since the road is a bit steep. We will absolutely be checking the availability of this house first thing whenever we return to Rochester.

Beautiful home, as described. Nice personal touches with towels and mini shampoo/conditioner. Kitchen is large and has most every appliance you would want. Caretaker does come in twice per day but is friendly and unobtrusive. You do need AWD/4WD to access the house.

Susie's home is a special place. And an end of the road, private location you find a lovely and well kept quintessential Vermont farmhouse. The house and the surrounding property is amazing. A great place to find some peace and solitude. And to top it off, Susie was a great host.

We spent a glorious weekend here with our 11 person extended family, celebrating my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. It was the perfect place for three generations, ages 6 to 75. The kids commandeered the basement and really loved the bunkbed accommodations and all the games. It kept them busy and happy throughout a rainy weekend. The hot tub is like the size of a small pool and fit our whole family. The kids had a blast swimming, as did everyone else. The other draw of this place for us was the very large dining table, which accommodated all of us easily. The kitchen is far and away one of the best Airbnb kitchens I’ve ever used - gloriously well stocked with equipment and easy for a bunch of cooks to prepare meals for a big group. We loved it and hope to come back. Thank you for the hospitality!

We had three families in our group that stayed here for the Walls between the Waters festival. The walk to the festival was quick and easy making the location perfect for our stay. It was a very comfortable space with plenty of room for everyone and we loved having the hot tub available.

We loved our stay at Jeffrey's place. The house was perfectly located with easy access to the adorable town of Middlebury and the college campus. We were there for graduation weekend and were so grateful to have a cozy, clean, accommodating house to return to after all the festivities, without having to drive far. We were even able to walk to many events. The house was very clean with lots of space and everything we needed for our stay. Jeffrey left very clear instructions and great recommendations for walks, restaurants and more.

We had an amazing stay at Don’s place. The location was perfect, allowing us to enjoy four great days of skiing. Don was a fantastic host, making everything easy from start to finish. The house was ideal for our extended family of eight, offering plenty of space and comfort. If you’re looking for a spacious, well-located home near Sugarbush, I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Jennifer's cabin for our annual ski trip. The location is right next to Sugarbush and close to Mad River Glen, which meant we could get right on the slopes in the morning. The cabin was clean and cozy, with all the amenities you would want in a ski cabin. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after coming off the hill. Also, there were plenty of local restaurants to eat at close by. We would definitely stay here again!

This house features large windows with tons of natural light in the living room and dining room. Beautiful outdoor views everywhere you looked. The bathroom were wells stocked with soaps, towels, etc. Beds and couches were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to create delicious meals. Very nice place to spend a weekend and tasty beer nearby at Long Trail Brewery.

Great place! This home is cozy and very nice in a lovely setting. The gazebo and deck are fantastic, and the hot tub was a hit. Great amenities! The home itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Gabriel had great communication and was very accommodating to our family. The basement made for the perfect retreat for the kiddos, complete with a train table. Excellent stay and hospitality all around! Thank you!

The cabin was super cozy and had all the amenities for a lovely stay in a truly magical place. We were there in late spring and the hiking in the area was spectacular. Would highly recommend the cabin and location. The cabin had a notebook with helpful suggestions for restaurants and stuff to do in the area which was really helpful. The hosts were responsive with any questions we had.

Very beautiful A-Frame cabin perfectly located. High end local extras made it feel special. The one draw back was the neighbors dogs barking and running into the yard when we were in the hot tub. The hot tub was not as private as I would have liked could be seen from the back yard. But overall I would definitely go again!!

We loved our stay at Jordan's cabin. The home was well furnished and well stocked, and so comfortable. Kristine a d Ben we're superb hosts, and we would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to make it back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the A-frame. For a group of 11 there was ample space and we had a great time together. The 20min drive to Killington was quick and easy in the daytime, although note that this location is outside the radius for shuttle transport to/from the bars at night. We got fresh snow on our drive up, which made for great skiing, but not great driving conditions. It is mentioned in the listing, but please be aware that AWD is absolutely necessary to get up the final 2miles of the drive in the winter. One of the cars in our group could not make it up the hill, which caused some hiccups in our travels. Would definitely recommend this stay, just come prepared!
