This is one of my favorite airbnb’s that I have ever stayed in. It is a well designed apartment with beautiful lighting and a great view. All appliances are modern and Berryman thought of everything you might need for your trip. He helped us check in and gave us great tips on how to navigate and avoid scams/traps. I haven’t even mentioned the beautiful view outside the window. The neighborhood is more local and outside of tourist area so it feels like you are living with the turkish people. everything is accessible by train, which is a 5 minute walk away, however there are a lot of stairs and steps since it is a hilly area. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who is coming to Istanbul.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was elegantly designed, very clean, and well-maintained. The view was absolutely stunning, making my experience even more enjoyable. First, Bedirhan made us a spotless welcome: he offered us transportation from the airport to Airbnb and vice versa, he gave us recommendations for restaurants nearby, helped us transport our suitcases to the Airbnb which is on the fourth floor. In short, he was really concerned about offering us the best services to make our stay unforgettable. The Airbnb has stunning views of the Bosphorus with a beautiful little terrace. And its geographical position makes it a must!

This is a comfortable and stylish apartment in the heart of an incredible fishing quarter. Everything you need is at your doorstep, it has a uniquely different feel to the touristic centre of Istanbul. Would highly recommend.

Travelled with my young son for dental treatment. Felt like home, everything we needed for a weeks stay. Felt very safe in the complex travelling as a solo parent. Loads of supermarkets, parks, places to eat within walking distance. Thanks again for having us to stay.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

The owner is the best!

Perfect place to stay out from the city noise. Burgazada is one of the greenest and most peacefull island. To have a great view over the sea from the top floor is the dream. Place is well arranged and big enouth for 2 persons. Fully equipped kitchen, gas boiler (combi), AC, fan, washing machine and TV. Good to stay a week or even more. Communication is fast and friendly. The only disadvantage is the low ceiling entrance in the bedroom. Watch your head)

New place, very nice location. Train is a bit bothersome, but not worth mentioning. There were little uncleaned spots, but after mentioning, we got a cleaning and apology. Would definitely recommend.
