A very unique property sitting on a point with incredible views onto the main channel two directions. Recently remodeled. Lake shore home on the 44 mm, just 2.5 hour easy drive from Kansas City or west St Louis . Paved streets all way. Many amenities, two kayaks, large PRIVATE swim dock with PWC lift and private boat ramp. Gas and groceries 10 to 15 min. by boat or car. Calm water to boat to restaurants and sight see. Beautiful open floor plan! Awesome fishing by all right on the dock. Family fun!!!
