On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

About 100 km from Paris in our property in the Center-Val de Loire, a 30 m2 independent house, adjoining ours, composed of: 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. It is surrounded by a 4400 m2 natural garden in a quiet cul-de-sac, which leads to woods, meadows, a river and 2 ponds. You won't have the TV, but the company of chickens, goldfish from the pond, our mischievous cats, and the continuous song of birds.

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. La Maison de Fessanvilliers is at the crossroads of Beauce, Perche and Normandy. This is an old barn rehabilitated into a lovely holiday home with all comforts. It welcomes families and friends year-round. The living room has an authentic wood stove and opens onto a large private wooded garden, with barbecue, garden furniture, ping pong and bikes available. THE OPEN AND HEATED POOL IS OPEN JUNE-SEPTEMBER.
