You will appreciate the quiet location just a few minutes from the city. Free parking. Late check-out on Sundays. Bakery, butcher, tobacconist's and a small supermarket nearby. A very welcoming house, ideal for a stay with family or friends. ⚠️ Parties are prohibited and quiet hours must be respected!

Grand parking gratuit de 250 places juste en face. de votre logement aucun problème pour vous stationner Boulangerie juste a cote de votre gite attention escalier un peu raide, non adapté aux PMR.

Maison située à 3,5 kms du centre d'ARRAS. avec deux chambres et un clic clac dans le salon Le terrain est clôturé. L'accès au garage est possible pour les propriétaires de chien. Une porte fenêtre dessert le jardin. A l'intérieur les chiens ont accès au séjour, salon et cuisine mais pas dans les chambres. Aucune fête n'est acceptée .
