The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).

The bright 2.5 room apartment has been newly renovated and lovingly furnished in an ethno-retro style. In the living room, there is a cozy sofa bed with mattress (140•200). On the shelf you will find many German, English and Turkish books and games that serve as entertainment. Our newly renovated apartment in the Schwatzenmühle can be a cozy temporary home for both families and single travelers. Situated in the middle of the Dreiländerck, on the eastern Lake Constance, you can be in the island city of Lindau, 5 km away, in a short time. Also not far away are the Allgäu mountains with breathtaking natural idyll, hiking trails and ski slopes for all ages.

Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau on Lake Constance only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A fireplace, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor hot tub with a constant 36°C ensure relaxation in any weather. Bicycles can be stored in our garage.

The house is approx. 500 meters from the Friedrichshafen Exhibition Center and about 3 km from the city center of Friedrichshafen. The bus stop is just 100 meters away.
