Holiday rentals with a pool in Achaea

Fotis is a great host, we were very warmly welcomed! Fotis is a discreet but very considerate host, he spoiled us with delicious tomatoes from the garden, figs, cactus fruits 🌵 etc... We felt at home in Fotis's beautiful place, very comfortable, clean, with a garden and a beautiful pool! Thank you for the valuable advice, the smiles, the touches! We were delighted with our stay! We had a wonderful stay in this house! An absolutely amazing and clean pool that we had for ourselves! Super nice and lovely hosts that even gave us some wine and fruits from their very own garden. We would recommend anyone that is thinking about going to Patras to book this wonderful airBnB.

We had a wonderful stay in this truly exceptional place! The house is beautifully located with a stunning view that we never got tired of. It’s well equipped for preparing simple meals, and if you travel with a baby. A few toys were even provided, which was a lovely touch. The pool is fantastic, with a secure fence all around, which made it very reassuring with a small child. There is also a dog on the property, absolutely adorable. No worries at all with kids! While a bit of a drive is needed to reach towns and sights, it’s a great base to explore the region on day trips, and it’s always a pleasure to return to this peaceful and breathtaking setting. Nikos was always very responsive via message and gave us helpful advice throughout our stay. His parents live in the same house, but in a completely independent part. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, always available if needed, while remaining very discreet. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Large fully furnished house, AC in every room, pool that was a real highlight (when not swimming in it you get to watch the birds and bats feeding from it), 35 min drive to some fantastic beaches. 1.15hr to Olympia, 50 mins to Nafpaktos (gorgeous little town). The hosts were amazingly friendly and willing to answer any texts we sent them (questions about how things worked / locality recommendations). Theres a village store 2 mins away for essentials. If basing yourself in this part of Greece i cant recommend it enough.

We spent pleasent days in Krati, above our expectations. We were warm welcomed by Alexandros and his wife. They explained everything what we had to know, programs could be recommended which we have not known. The house is perfect equipped, everything is there what is needed. The sea is really in some steps, the beach of Krati is calm, visited by local/Greek people, only some tourists. The large pool of the house is extraordinary . You can go for a splash in the sea after in the pool. 😀 We brought one of the best memories from the place, although we visited many places in Greece. Thank you again.

Fantastically rustic accommodation, absolute privacy and a very likeable host. The outdoor kitchen is a dream, the swimming pool is small but nice and there is a large garden, what more could you want! We felt absolutely comfortable.

This place is an absolute gem!! Away from the hustle & bustle of the touristy areas. If you want to experience rural authentic Greece, this is a perfect location. The villa was a perfect home & the pool takes it to a next level. We ate in the neighbouring villages, but Lafka was visited multiple times. The food is to die for! Freshly cooked, seasonal, authentic traditional Greek food! The people in the area and friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. Considering how rural it was, we were still able to meet a few people that could help with a much better English than our Greek. There is a shop in Lafka for the top up shops but for big shop, you will have a 40 min drive Kiato and the challenges of what to buy considering the journey back, especially in the heat. We planned day trips out and do the shopping on our way back. Froso & Filio were amazing with advice and recommendations, they were great help. We would love to come again to experience a different season!
