Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

In a quiet area just 100m from the University of the Peloponnese Branch and the University of Patras Branch (formerly the Technological Educational Institute of Western Greece), we have created a warm, stylish and welcoming semi-basement apartment for our guests. Rodanthe's Guest House

Just 50 meters from the central square of the village of Stemnitsa, through a dreamy stone alley, is the fully renovated Rodanthi guesthouse.
