New apartment with beautiful, coordinated furnishings. Everything was well maintained - attention to detail, quality furniture, other furnishings and kitchen equipment. Nothing was missing. Even coffee, tea, snacks and a chilled bottle of water were on site. Also furniture on the balcony with seat cushions - all new - really great! Overall better than expected. An A with 10 (out of ten achievable) points. I would love to stay with Anja again.

The apartment was easy to find and access via the garden without problems. The apartment is located in a very quiet area and has hardly heated up during the day despite high temperatures. Everything you need for a few days' holiday was there. Salt, pepper, vinegar, oil and coffee pods were available. We slept well and made extensive use of the seating area in the garden overlooking the castle. The neighbour has a few chickens and sheep/goats that are very trusting and want to be fed. We were in Burghausen in 15 minutes by bike, and we were going very slowly.

Everything tip top and spacious rooms. Comfortable bed, large kitchen - perfectly equipped. Friendly communication and best description of all devices. Good recommendations for Burghausen! For the elderly a small note: only one but steep staircase with narrow steps and elevated dining table with bar chairs. To the old town a good 30 minutes downhill on foot, to the castle a good 10 minutes.
