Shares the property with the main building, but has its own entrance and part of the garden. One bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and dining area, plus a kitchen and bathroom. 500 m to a child-friendly swimming area, forest and running track. Bus within a 10-minute walk.

Built in 2019. The apartment is located on top of a double garage. Stairs up to the home. Walking distance to public transport to Norrköping as well as grocery store and restaurants in central Åby.

It is 4 km to the centre of Åby, and for those interested in nature, Östgötaleden is nearby. In to Norrköping city center it takes 15 minutes by car. There is a playhouse & swings. One double bed, two sofa beds: Lycksele 140 cm wide for adults and Hammarn 120 cm wide for children. Own sheets and towels are brought. Pet-free and smoke-free. Welcome.

An ideal accommodation for two adults who appreciate that little extra.

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

You live in a cottage on the farm with a glass veranda and your own patio. If you want to cool off on a hot summer day, you can go down to the swimming area that belongs to the accommodation. The farm is surrounded by beautiful and species-rich meadows, forests with mushrooms, berries and wild animals. There are plenty of play areas for the children. On the farm there are Icelandic horses and sheep that roam freely in the pastures. Also two cats live here and sometimes a dog.
