In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit Doppelbett ausgestattet und im separaten Kinderzimmer ist Platz für 2 Kinder. Zusätzlich gibt es im Wohnzimmer eine Schlafcouch. Zur Wohnung gehört eine abgeschlossene Garage, hier können auch Fahrräder etc. untergestellt werden. Der Badestrand mit Wakeparkanlage, Aquapark, Kiosk etc. ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
