Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

The house is a renovated monument with old beams and sometimes a little creaking wooden floor on the upper floor.

Unsere neue Ferienwohnung im 2. OG mit ca. 40qm bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet und auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist Platz für 2 Kinder. Außerdem gibt es einen eigenen Balkon und eine abgeschlossene Garage zum Unterstellen des Fahrzeuges oder auch für Fahrräder. Der Badestrand mit Wakeparkanlage, Aquapark, Kiosk etc. ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
