Nestled in the heart of the Abondance Valley, renowned for its authenticity, hiking, ski areas and cheese! This warm, south-facing, open view apartment with heated indoor pool access (summer only) is ideal for both winter and summer holidays. The apartment is very well equipped to ensure maximum comfort. The ski resorts of Abondance, La Chapelle d 'Abondance and Chatel are all within a radius of 3 to 10 km by car.

Accessible for people with reduced mobility (elevator) with private parking available. The apartment and terrace are non-smoking.

Authentic Savoyard attic completely renovated at 1340 m altitude, next to the Panthiaz slopes, in the "Les Portes du Soleil" area. Fully south-facing, unique view of the valley and the "Dents du Midi". In heavy snow, we provide a shuttle by snowmobile and/or SSV to the first car park accessible to cars. Return to the chalet on skis possible.
