Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The Cottage is part of a property owned by the Bernocchi family, which was already on maps of the area in the 1500s and is located right on an ancient Roman road that crossed the Calvana Mountains. About 9 km from Prato and 20 km from Florence. The Cottage, open on three sides, is situated in a panoramic position surrounded by a private park, ideal for walking and sports. A real home fitted with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Large outdoor spaces, garden, and botanical garden.

La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.

The garden is perfect for dining 'al fresco' and enjoy the view and sound of the bells of its majestic cathedral. Barga is only 40 mins from Lucca, 50 from Pisa and 90 from Florence. IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

The house is a rustic stone and wood building in the Apuan Alps park, an ideal place for those who want to hike in the woods and explore the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany, between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with gas stove, wi-fi, sofa bed and for heating for the winter season it has a wood stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with full bathroom with shower, a wooden mezzanine with a single bed.
