Lovely property, we had the best time staying here. Had no issues as check in and the stay was very simple so had no need to contact the host. 6 of us stayed for a girls weekend and had plenty of space. Would definitely recommend!

Glamping pod was lovely and clean , very homely. Lots of things to do walking distance and short drives, would highly recommend for a peaceful time away.

The luxury pod was exactly what it was described as. The added bonus of having a hot tub was great and set to 40° C on arrival was just perfect. Great location, set on a beautiful site and very well maintained. The staff were really nice and our hosts were very responsive. We'll definitely stay again.

My family of 5 and I stayed 2 nights at Dean's lodge. It is cozy and comfortable, staged beautifully. We had plenty of space and loved being close to all the sites around Banchory. Dean is extremely quick to respond to questions and was a breeze to work with. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely fantastic stay at Mither Tap. Super easy check in - Graham sent an email as soon as I booked with the self check in information - and the place was exactly as described. Hot tub was easy to work (which isn't always the case!) and everything was as described. The only thing I'd add is an ice cube tray, so we could have had chilled drinks in the hot tub, but that's the extent of what I would change! Thanks, Graham. Hope to be back :)

The house was perfect for the 8 of us! Really cosy and in the middle of a really beautiful scenery. I would recommend going 100% if you are looking for a chill time with family and friends or even going for some hikes. The hot tub and the outside bit was amazing.

Absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful cabin,everything we imagined a log cabin would be,big thank you to Ally & Jason for welcoming our 2 ragdoll cats who loved their daily walks in the woods on their harnesses,so tranquil & peaceful & plenty places to visit in surrounding area,we visited,Aberchirder,Banff,Huntly & went on the Heritage train from Keith to Dufftown & return,we will defo be back

Check in very easy, there is very little to no phone signal at the cabin so I was glad I screenshotted the code to get the front door key. The only issue we had was that the bunk room was a little chilly for my 1 year old despite there being panel heaters in the cabin, i was worried I wouldnt be able to contact Vanessa due to no signal but I managed to text her and she got right back to me and all sorted with an extra radiator quickly. Lovely quiet area, fab for the dogs and my daughter to run around safely. 15 mins to ellon for shops, cafes etc

This is a gem of place! The peace the quiet and the beauty is second to none. We really loved our stay here and I would thoroughly recommend the Bonnie View Lodge to anyone! We loved watching the sheep and the lambs in the field and their antics had us laughing so hard. My wife really enjoyed feeding the kitchen scraps to the chickens. The lodge is amazing with wonderful outside space, there is everything included that you could want. The log burner was a real treat and we looked forward to lighting it most nights. The view is great and waking up and having a coffee on the deck taking it all in was a real morning delight. Ally was a great host and kept us up to date with everything we needed to know. We purchased some beautiful eggs and would recommend anyone to do the same. All in all a wonderful stay and somewhere that I cant wait to come back to!

We LOVED our stay at Daisy Cabin! We were looking for a dog-friendly long weekend getaway - and we found it! The front patio and rear garden are both fully enclosed, so we felt confident in this space with our dog. The cabin actually has multiple rooms (foyer, bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom) so also very easy for dog management. The whole space was deliciously comfortable, with easy to work heating, hot shower, lots of pillows and throws, and a lovely bed. It was lovely to sit on the sofa watching all the birds visit the feeders (even a woodpecker!), so peaceful. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for as much (or little!) cooking as you want. We recommend the Courie Bakery and the Indian takeaway! Fiona was lovely, super friendly and helpful - even made a wee welcome birthday bag for my hubby’s 40th! And of course Indy and Bumble were very welcoming too! Fully recommend!

Lovely accommodation, suitable for weekend or longer stays. The kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you need if you are fully self-catering. Very quiet situation with lovely walks nearby. We have already rebooked! Highly recommended.

The lodge is absolutely gorgeous. We are so grateful for the little touches of hospitality- chocolate eggs, milk, cornflakes and most importantly wine!!! The views are breathtakingly beautiful ❤️

Alison's cabin was ideal for our stay. It had plenty of space for us and good facilities for self catering. The cabin is in the grounds of her large B&B house and Alison was on hand to welcome us and if we had any queries. There's a good bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed. It's very walkable to the pubs, restaurants, cafes etc in Ballater and Alison provided lots of tips and recommendations for eating out. Parking on site. Good communication with Alison. Would stay again.

Second stay at Juliette’s lodges and as good as the first time. Was lovely

My husband and I had the most wonderful and peaceful 2 night stay at Bonnie Wee Neuk and oh how bonnie it was! A perfect blend of rustic and modern, it was homely and cosy and felt very private. The extra touches like the fresh flowers and home made biscuits were so cute! The host even found us some wood for the fire pit and offered to light it for us! The kitchen had absolutely all utensils and cutlery you need for cooking and dining, it even had tea, coffee, salt and pepper. The only thing missing was oil to cook with but we always come prepared! There was washing up liquid and sponge. The cabin also came equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Surprisingly there is so much storage in the cabin so you could easily stay for more than a night or 2! Shower had great temperature control & water pressure. There was some spiders and webs on the bathroom ceiling but it is a farm so didn't bother us and spotless besides this. All the animals are adorable! Not noisy at night inside!
