Holiday rentals with a patio in Aberdare

Angela and her accommodation are both awesome. I spoke with Ange several times before arriving and she was quick to respond with anything I needed. The accommodation is a street back from the beach and a street away from the marina. Perfectly located to chill for a couple of days or explore as much as you wanted. We did both and had a great time. Also a little homecooking never goes a stray, great to have a kitchen.

Lily's house is pristine! From the moment we walked in everything felt just right. I loved the cutleries and tableware, the cosy living room and warm bedroom. I don't think I have been to a cleaner air bnb. There was no shower gel but bath soap was provided. It was walking distance to all the places we wanted to go to like the Singleton park, Swansea Beach and Swansea University. And grocery stores as well as the bus stop was just 10 mins walk away. We had a lovely stay and would come back again !

We spent just one night at Kay’s lovely apartment. She responded quickly to any questions , very clean, comfy bed and lovely decking over a very pretty stream.

Our stay was beautiful! The apartment was stunning, the pictures don’t do this interior justice. It was clean, warm and we had the best night sleep! There were so many lovely little editions for our kids too including colouring books, board games and beach toys. The local area was quiet but with the beach, a playground and restaurant on our door step, our first day meant we had everything we needed whilst we navigated the local area. The welcome book was really thorough as well! The pages on things to do was really helpful and we ended up going to dinosaur park for the day- a great choice! We would definitely recommend this apartment and location!

Perfect location for those exploring Barry Island. Host were friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication was fantastic. Room was exactly what we needed. Clean and tidy. Bed and bedding was comfortable. Garden was lovely for a coffee if a morning. We especially liked the free and included doggy cuddles. ❤️ The only downside was having to leave. Amazing stay, so peaceful and lovely. Location is great, secluded but close enough to drive to takeaway spots or Tesco. Not too far from the Brecon Beacons where we travelled to for the four falls trail. Would visit again, thank you :)

I cannot overstate how amazing this place is. I was looking for an escape into the woods and it was exactly what I wanted. The setting of the cottage is stunning, right on the river and surrounded by trees. It feels remote, even though it's only a short walk into the village. The welcome was really friendly, you can tell that the owners are very active in their community and have put together loads of local info. I particularly liked the map of the community forrest which made me feel confident enough to explore walks by myself. The cottage itself is beautifully kept, with everything that you need, and then some. I didn't want to leave.

Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay the might before my wedding. Both lodges were beautiful and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Location is beautiful and Ginetta is a WONDERFUL host. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a perfect stay. Don't think twice about staying here, you won't be dissapointed xxxx

A lovely home & amazing location. Everything was extremely clean, and bed was very comfortable. Lots of amenities and essentials, made it feel like a home away from home. Extremely dog friendly, the garden was the perfect size for our chihuahua puppy. We would 100% stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Tracey and Bob are super friendly and helpful. Would strongly recommend you pop next door and say hello. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Treorchy is well positioned for trips to the Brecons. We also drove down to Barry Island in less than an hour and Cardiff on the train for less than £10 each. We ate out a couple of times, once at the Cardiff Arms Bistro which was ok and once at the Glamorgan Bar & Grill where the food was excellent. We had breakfast at the Old School Tea Room which you really must visit, breakfast was top notch . The Pencelli Hotel re-opened the day we left but looked lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here as a base to check out the area. Locals were all really friendly and helpful.

We visit Merthyr Tydfil a couple of times a year to go to the Bike Park. Rebecca's Bee at Home house is perfectly located for both the Bike Park and for accessing the town and its leisure / retail park. Lots of space for the three of us, off road parking plus secure bike storage so ticked all of the boxes. Rebecca is very helpful and responsive, and accommodated us when our plans changed slightly.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. Everything I needed was included — from kitchen essentials to extra linens — making it incredibly convenient, especially for a longer stay. The parking was also amazing — easy, accessible, and stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped space. Would definitely stay here again!

Nicole was such a fabulous host, it’s clear she has set out to ensure everyone has a fantastic stay. Communication was quick and had recommendations for food locally. I loved the little luxury details - beautiful fluffy towels, gorgeous cookies, a good fan, shampoos, conditioner, dog treats and towels etc. A very lovely stay, walking distance to the town where we met very friendly locals. Would definitely stay again 🥰

Absolutely loved this air BnB Gill was extremely helpful and the cottage was brilliant Loads of room Very comfortable with stunning views Enjoyed my visits from Bella the cat too and the horses over the gate I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again highly recommended

The communication from booking to leaving was fantastic. The flat is spotlessly clean. A lot of thought has been put into it too make guest extremely comfortable. It was great sitting on the large veranda area in the evening as the sun went down. By far this is the best Airbnb I have stayed in. We will be booking again and again. Beverley was an excellent host that communicated with ease and attentiveness. The place is just lovely and they have done a great job with the space they have and a lovely little seating are to add to the charm. It has its own entrance and feels very private and secure. Beautiful apartment with stunning views over Royal Porthcawl golf course and out to sea. Jonny was a great host. We really enjoyed our stay and will look forward to visiting again.

Great place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. Didn't appear to be much to do in the immediate area but it's a short walk to a bus stop with frequent buses into the city centre. Easy to check in and out.

A great place to stay so quiet it is a good walk into town but a bit of a hill on the way back,but all in all host very attentive definitely would stay again

We had the most wonderful stay with Mags. The house is stunning, surrounded by the most beautiful landscaped gardens. It was lovely to wake up to the birdsong in the morning. The property itself is cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We slept great and the shower is excellent! Lastly, Mags was the cherry on top. She was kind, attentive and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, albeit we only stayed for one night. One of the best Air BnBs we’ve stayed in - we hope we can find an excuse to come back again. Brava!
