Clywedog - self-contained pod Dolgellau Snowdonia

Reconnect with nature at 1 of 2 delightful pods on our family farm on the foothills of the Cadair/Cader Idris mountain range. Stunning views from the fully-equipped pod. Located in a designated Dark Skies region. Rural, scenic location 4 miles from Dolgellau, Snowdonia, with footpaths & cycle track starting from the pod. Ideal base for walkers, cyclists, sight-seers & photographers. Cross Foxes Hotel 1 mile. Snowdon Pen y Pass car park just over 1 hour. Zip World Forest just under 1 hour.

Hidden deep within the Dyfi Forest on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park is our unique, off grid cabin. With amazing views over the valley, you can just sit back and enjoy the natural world around you. If mountain biking is your thing, we are right on the Climachx Mountain Bike Trails and a stones throw from Dyfi Bike Park. There's lush river swimming spots, lakes, waterfalls and mountains to explore. Our nearest beach is Aberdyfi, just 30mins away. 16mins drive to the epic Cadair Idris!

This majestic retreat is where you can unwind, relax and recharge, with full access to the BBQ area and on site sauna. If sitting back is not for you there are several local country walks and attractions. By car Wrexham is just 5 minutes away, Chester 25 minutes and if you fancy a day in Liverpool, it’s only an hour away.

Welcome! Croeso! Rainbow Pods is set next to a mature orchard. Enjoy glorious views across the Banwy Valley while you sit and relax around the chimnea waiting for the stars to come out.There are millions! Our heated pod comes fully equipped. A complete kitchen and ensuite shower room means no more trecking across campsites in your pyjamas in the middle of the night to use the conveniences. We provide the linen too, with comfortable and cosy beds, you're sure to have a good nights rest.

Upper Barn Cottage

Upper Barn Cottage is located in the grounds of Esgair Angell, our house. It's just a short drive from the A470, but offers complete tranquility, and is a perfect place to unwind. Situated in over 2 acres of landscaped gardens, including 2 wildlife lakes, within 20 acres of fields, relax here, walk in the forest or explore the local coast and countryside. Because of our beautiful rural location, there are no shops or pubs within walking distance and mobile phone reception is limited.

Whether it's hiking along picturesque trails, cycling through the ancient woodlands, or simply unwinding on your cabin's porch enjoying the spectacular views, you're sure to find something that speaks to your soul.

Mongolian yurt sleeping 2+2 with outdoor space

Come and stay in one of our 2 lovely yurts or bring your friends and hire them both! Private location surrounded by nature and the sound of the river. The yurt is situated on an organic small holding in the beautiful Welsh valleys. You have to cross a foot bridge to get to it. Leave your car on one side of the river and walk to your accommodation. We can also provide fruit and veg as we run an organic market garden in the summer months.

This is true off-grid luxury — no noise, no light pollution, just total peace and dark, star-filled skies. We’re a small family-run setup — we built the cabins ourselves and host guests personally.

Caban Ceunant, in the foothills of Aran Fawddwy, offers a secluded getaway for couples. We invite you to experience luxury glamping on our farmland within the breath-taking valley of Cwm Cywarch. The local pub and shop are a mere 2 miles away. The pod is a perfect base to explore Snowdonia. With no wifi or mobile signal guests can switch off completely, relax and enjoy this amazing countryside and being close to nature.
