This stone house, completely renovated in 2023, is located at the end of a cul-de-sac that turns into a winding path through the dunes to the white sandy beaches. Very maritime atmosphere, the garden lined with pine trees, the smells of iodine and salt, the south-facing courtyard that allows you to enjoy the slightest ray of sunshine in any season... You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. Amusement park 15 km away, Océanopolis 30 km away ... and many other discoveries await you!

The loft on the first floor of a small private residence facing the sea. Ideally designed for 2, the living room sofa bed will allow you to stay very comfortably with up to 4 people. My cats: Floky and Hopono will certainly come to ask you for hugs! In the inner courtyard, you can safely leave your sailing equipment or your bikes. I have 2 sea kayaks at your disposal (beach 10 meters away). Don't forget your swimsuit 🐬🐟🌊

We welcome you in a wooden extension of 65 m2 including a double bed, equipped with tidying up and a television. We had the option of adding a baby cot. The room has direct access to a large terrace. There is also a billiard room with a convertible for two people. It is a room very careful it is equipped with a television and a space is dedicated to be eaten. Then you have a bathroom with Italian shower . Space only to you.
