Comfy and bright apartment ...when location counts
I love the long thin strip that is Fitzroy, stretching from the top of the city toward the north shouldered on either side by Collingwood and Carlton. On a sunny day take a stroll down Brunswick or Smith Street into the city, enjoy our local architecture, street art, shops... and stop along the way for a meal, a drink, some music.... With 3 transport corridors, travel from St Kilda on the bay, to Preston and beyond is easy. The Museum, the MCG and the Rod Laver Arena, the National Gallery, Concert Hall and Theatres, our art filled laneways and fabulous eateries are all in easy reach. If you find yourself in Melbourne for work or for pleasure this spacious and comfortable self contained apartment with a queen sized bed, kitchen, full sized shower, seperate toilet and a washing machine is the perfect place to stop over TV and wifi are provided as well as linen and towels and coffee, tea, shampoo and soap There are 5 steps into the building and the 1 step once inside the apartment We can provide on street permit parking please let us know in advance if you will be needing the permit.

Evergreen Art Deco Gem | Gardens, MCG, & City Walk
Tree canopy. Oak floors. Art Deco bones. Old finds. New comforts. Curated for this space. As seen in Apartment Therapy. Wake up to green. Step into it. Fitzroy Gardens fifty metres. Feeling Italian? The restaurant's on the corner. Gertrude St for brunch. Smith St for dinner. Tree-lined, character-filled streets. The suburb everyone wants to live in — and you're staying here. MCG in five. Tennis in ten. City through the gardens, fifteen minutes on foot. Old Melbourne. Done beautifully.
