The colorful studio is located on the ground floor of our 19th century house, with a separate entrance. The studio opens directly to the shared garden for you to enjoy. There are tables to eat out in the shade of the palm trees. The studio is very quiet, not overlooked. To access it, read the arrival guide carefully;=) You are in charge of cleaning.. or you have the option to choose the cleaning fee with an additional charge of €20, to be requested upon booking.

So you will be completely self-sufficient for your comings and goings. Outside, parking is free. The village is dynamic and has many shops and restaurants. Please note that we are church square, the bells ring from 7am to 10pm.

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
