The house is from 1935, so the apartment has patina and charm and is located in a quiet residential area. There is a private entrance, kitchen with most things and bathroom with large shower. There is underfloor heating and plenty of space in the room and hallway areas, etc. Walking distance to the university and the city center and a few minutes to buses on Viborgvej and Ringgaden. If you come by car, there is free parking.

The villa is located between the botanical garden, the university park and a 10-minute walk to the city center's many eateries and activities. The villa is super cozy and beautifully decorated with tasteful furniture and there is plenty of space - both on the flowery terrace, in the garden and in the villa's three different living rooms, large kitchen and four bedrooms, one of which has a huge sleeping loft.

Welcome to a lovely two-room apartment in a charming older townhouse - centrally located in Frederiksbjerg. There are cafes and shops just around the corner, and 10 minutes to the train station. The apartment consists of a bright south-facing kitchen-living room, dining area and sofa corner. Record players and games can be borrowed as long as they are taken good care of! Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.
