På ejendommen er der heste man kan hilse på, eller nyde udsigten til ved bålpladsen. Vi ligger i fredet istidsområde ved Adslev hede og Jeksen dalen. Her er gode muligheder for en vandretur. Alt efter tidspunkt og trafik kan du være i Aarhus C på 15 min, og du kommer på motorvej 5 min herfra. Der er mellem 2-3 km til diverse indkøb, bus og tog.

Desuden er der 700 meter til Skov ,og strand (den permanente). Man kan have hele tre etager for sig selv, hvis man rejser som gruppe over 12 personer. 16 pladser .

Vores skønne dobbelthus er fra 2015 og er stilfuldt bygget og hyggeligt indrettet. Vores naboer er søde og rolige og kvarteret er roligt og grønt, med cykelafstand til Aarhus Centrum via Brabrandstien. Huset har alle fornødenheder man skal bruge som familie, herunder fire værelser udover stue, to toiletter, køkken, bryggers og multirum. Det er tilladt at bo maksimalt 2 voksne og to børn i vores hus. Lokalområdet er helt forrygende med let adgang til natur, legepladser og indkøbsmuligheder etc.
