Excellent location in small town. A lot to do and see without all the tourist and easy drives to the tourist locations!

Loved the chalet the views amazing so peaceful loved the area love to cook so it was perfect every thing I need was there home os cozy and comfortable loved to wake up to the mountains views and those cows outside so beautiful perfect place to catch bus just in front of chalet and coop great place to buy groceries and bus station great services and easy access go other places like Bern Interlaken Frutigen love this place really recommend for couples or families

I stayed at Mark's incredible chalet for 4 weeks, and I couldn't be happier with the unforgettable experience. The location is even beyond what's described: the view of the Alps and the Rhone valley is so glorious it'll leave you breathless on a daily basis. So many properties emphasize a great view, but this is one of those rare times when reality is even better! The chalet itself is situated in a very quiet area and the house is virtually soundproof. Even with all the windows open, you'll rarely hear anything but the birds and the breeze. The chalet is very clean and modern, and the kitchen is a special treat -- experienced cooks will love it, nothing is lacking. It's also close to almost everything in Crans-Montana. Mark is a fantastic host. He was quick to answer all my questions, gave me recommendations, and was very easy and reasonable. That's a huge plus for any traveler. Overall, this was a memorable trip, due in large part to one of the best properties you will EVER rent.

A wonderful and beautiful place to disconnect from the busy world. Marylene’s place has the feel of a family home and the space to really unwind and relax. It is cosy and comfortable and waking up to this special view every morning is like nothing else.

Walking distance to Interlaken ost. Very quiet and clean place. Kitchen is well equipped and we were able to make breakfast and dinner easily. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. We appreciate the flexibility of letting us leaving our luggage before the check in time.

The attic is optimally arranged. It is small but very functional. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The bbq outside is great. Despite the proximity to the other dwellings we were in our little cocoon. The village's butcher shop is extraordinary and the volgt is very well-stocked. We are delighted and can only recommend this place. Thank you Christine!

9.5/10 Review for Max Chalet Gimmelwald Max Chalet was perfect for our family of three—a fantastic base for a mountain getaway! Surroundings: Gimmelwald is stunning, with hiking right outside the door. We loved the Northface Trail and the easy gondola access to Mürren, Schilthorn, and the valley. Parking at Stechelberg was only $10/day. Entertainment: Hiking was our main activity—beautiful trails and mountain huts. Pension Gimmelwald and Mountain Hostel next door offer meals, drinks, and great pizza (8.5/10). Food: Dining options nearby, more in Mürren, and a grocery store for essentials to cook at Max. The House: Spacious, cozy, clean, with big windows framing epic views. Well-equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a great patio. Quiet at night (bring a fan for white noise). Floors creak but didn’t bother us. Host: Marianne was super responsive and helpful. Summary: We’d absolutely stay again—9.5/10! (We’ve never given a 10, so this is top marks from us!)

Perfect place for a group of people who want to go for a hike and relax afterwards. The view from the house is beautiful and the house has everything you need.

We rented this beautiful farmhouse for our wedding guests with families, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the rustic charm creating a peaceful and cozy environment. Our guests loved the spacious rooms, excellent amenities, and the stunning location surrounded by nature. The children especially enjoyed exploring the outdoors and playing in the garden. Absolutely incredible! This place offers some of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever experienced. It was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-maintained. The last few miles of the drive up to the place involve a narrow road that requires paying attention to oncoming traffic, but it’s absolutely worth it for the stunning scenery. The location is perfect—close to beautiful hikes and excellent ski destinations. Highly recommend it for nature lovers and adventurers alike!

What a wonderful stay at this brand-new home just 30 minutes from Lucerne! An absolutely stunning drive through some of the most beautiful countryside we’ve ever seen. If you truly want to feel like a local, this is the place. Peaceful, authentic, and surrounded by nature. The host was incredibly helpful and gave us some awesome recommendations that made our trip even more special. A warm thank you for the wild strawberries (growing in mid-June) — they brought back a childhood memory of foraging with my late grandmother over 40 years ago. And my husband especially enjoyed relaxing in the sauna after our long days of exploring. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra’s during our first trip to Europe and to Switzerland. The surroundings were breathtaking! Sandra’s place is very clean and she has thought of everything to her guest’s stay like home away from home. Views from the deck are so incredible!! Close to St Beatus Caves and not far from Harder Kulm. Jungfraujoch and Lauterbrunnen a bit of a drive but still worth it! We loved our time here and made some special memories!! Sandra is a wonderful host. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Our stay at this stunning Airbnb in Iseltwald, Switzerland, was nothing short of magical! The location is breathtaking, nestled right by Lake Brienz with picture-perfect views that made every moment feel like a postcard. The home itself was cozy, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was absolutely exceptional, going above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. From thoughtful touches like local tips and a warm welcome to accommodating our needs with such care, they truly elevated our experience. The highlight was the incredible boat ride they arranged on the lake—gliding across the turquoise waters surrounded by mountains was a memory we’ll cherish forever. We can’t recommend this place highly enough—thank you for an extraordinary stay!

Gabriella supported me in bringing my luggage to the room and let me use her kitchen with all of the cooking tools (spoons, ingredients, fruits, pots, cookers,...) The house and the room were decorated so beautifully and she really has a good taste! Every corner of the house and the garden in front of the room are very beautiful. There is a forest behind the house and a big blue lake in front of it. It's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and from there we can go to the Interlaken station. However, there was a disadvantage of the house that it was on the hill, so I had to bring two 20"-bags to go up the house T^T I nearly died of that =))) Generally speaking, I love the house and the experience I had here.

Definitely a place to stay on a vacation to Switzerland. Great views and great surrounding towns! The hosts were very responsive and informative.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Manuela’s home. The room is spacious, clean, private and the views from the window of the mountains are breathtaking. It was the perfect place to switch off and feel refreshed! Thun is a beautiful town with good connections to all surrounding areas like Interlaken, Bern and the Jungfrau region, and there is a bus stop that allows for easy commuting less than 10mins walk from the house (the house is on an incline so be prepared for some hiking on the way up if you are walking!). Manuela was a lovely host, provided local recommendations and clearly has a passion for hosting. We would love to visit again one day!

Very beautiful environment, between the lake and a really beautiful massif. The chalet has a beautiful, large, very pleasant plot in good weather. As for the chalet itself, no surprise compared to the listing, except that the room with the 2 single beds does not have a solid door. It is separated from the corridor by shutters, the frame being too narrow to install a door. It didn't bother us, but it surprised us.

Charming accommodation in a great location. Everything you need is available. Ideal for relaxing and switching off. The region offers many opportunities for excursions, activities, walking and eating. Pleasant camping with friendly residents and helpful staff. Ideal for us as a family with two children! We also enjoyed the proximity to the lake to the fullest. Franziska was accessible throughout and supportive in all matters. Excellent! It was great, thanks a lot.

We were already able to spend sunny and relaxing days in Patrick's beautiful beach house for the 2nd time. Uncomplicated and very friendly contact. A fantastic place.
