Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

It has a private entrance with ample parking. We welcome all races and religions. The property is easily accessible from the A3 Frankfurt - Cologne.

The bright and cozy apartment is located between Bad Schwalbach and Taunusstein. It offers plenty of space and privacy, has a separate entrance, underfloor heating, 60 m² of living space and a spacious kitchen and a private garden. In summer the apartment is pleasantly cool. Hohenstein-Born is located in the middle of the Rhine-Taunus Nature Park. The Limes, the Rheingau and the Aar-Höhenweg are easy to reach. The nearest shops are 4 km away and Wiesbaden is 15 km away.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the house and can be reached via the central staircase. The purely residential area is located in a quiet location, but so centrally that the bus stop for the city bus can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Bad Camberg with the core city is 3 km away and can be easily reached on foot or by public city bus.   The non-smoking apartment is designed for two people. If necessary, a children's travel bed is available.

The property is located in Dotzheim-Kohlheck, with quick access to the forest. The room with bathroom is about 19 m² and has a workplace with good Wi-Fi connection. The bed has a lying surface of 140 x 200 m. The nearest bus stop can be reached in about 5 minutes' walk and the city center is about 10 minutes drive away. The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.
