Pet-friendly holiday rentals in 8th arrondissement

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo qui nous a empêché de profiter de la jouissance du jardin. Première impression à l'entrée du logement, un ensemble moderne, fonctionnel et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandions vivement et si besoin, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Impeccable, très pratique pour un séjour en nombre. Hôte très disponible et sympathique, emplacement pratique, très proche Paris dans un quartier calme et agréable. Conseil aux futurs hôtes : ne ratez pas l'excellente pizzeria à proximité "Piccola Calabria" !

Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Sandrine ha sido perfecta. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar, y el alojamiento estaba impecable, muy limpio y bien cuidado. Todo estaba tal como se describe, y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto. ¡Repetiríamos sin dudar!

Logement très agréable, parfaitement adapté pour un groupe de 9 personnes. L’installation s’est faite facilement et nous avons même pu garer la voiture sans difficulté. Les échanges avec l’hôte ont été fluides et agréables. Rien à signaler, tout s’est très bien passé !

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Maison bien adaptée à des groupes car beaucoup de chambres , ce qui est agréable. Le quartier est calme et il y a quelques commerces à proximité ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un bon moment chez Olivier

J’ai passé une excellente nuit dans ce logement. L’appartement est très bien équipé, tout est pensé pour le confort, et surtout il est d’une propreté irréprochable ! Je recommande vivement, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Merci encore pour l’accueil !

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Pol’s place. The apartment was stylish and spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable. Great location, easy to get around Paris and a short 15 minutes walk to the Euro star which was very convenient. Nearby ( 5 mins walk ) we discovered a fantastic bakery Mamiche which had pastries to die for. Lots of supermarkets too if you wanted to stay in and cook. Kitchen is dinky but it had everything you needed to cook a nice meal, very well equipped. Great apartment, throughly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

I’m a frequent visitor to Paris, but this was my first Airbnb experience. I booked Arthur’s place months in advance because it was listed as a rare find with excellent reviews. For this trip, my family and I wanted something different—a true Parisian flat with charm, character, and a great view, rather than a hotel stay. Arthur met us outside the apartment, gave us a tour, and even shared a bit about growing up there. He was always easy to reach and very responsive, which was much appreciated. The apartment had everything we needed, which was perfect for our family with two small kids. We had breakfast and lunch there comfortably—it was fully equipped for cooking. And having the Eiffel Tower right in front of us while sipping coffee in the morning or wine in the evening was truly magical. Thank you, Arthur!
