Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in 8th arrondissement

Highly recommend! Amazing location a couple blocks from a main transit area, but also half a block from the lovely canal, which is lined with lovely restaurants. We loved going to breakfast each day at a local place! Best of both worlds in terms of quiet and local, but also convenient.

Our stay at Jordan’s apartment was lovely! It was close to many different restaurants, and we found it easy to access public transport. The area was super nice as well as safe. The interior was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Jordan was a great host and responded to all our queries in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

This is a great spot in a beautiful neighborhood. The owners are very responsive and super helpful, and they were happy to accommodate quite a late check in. The apartment was comfortable and the crib and high seat provided for our son were perfect. The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed. The bathroom and shower in particular were great. We’d love to stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We had a great stay here. The location was super convenient with lots of walkable cafes, bars and restaurants. The only let down was the washer being broken - the housekeeper let us know of this as we checked in. The bar next door was quite loud on weekends but with the windows closed, we couldn’t hear a thing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as the apartment was very clean and as described. Thanks Thomas!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights on our trip to Paris and we loved it. First off the location is perfect, it’s on a lively street with tons of cafes, food, bars, and restaurants. The train is easily accessible to multiple lines and was easy to navigate. The oldest pastry shop is also located on that street which is pretty cool. Manfred is a great host! Very warm, welcoming, and kind. He made it easy to check in and check out. He met us at the door and walked us up to the apartment. I really appreciate when hosts leave water bottles for us and he even went the extra mile and got us delicious chocolate and champagne. He’s very responsive as well. The place is a little small but that’s to be expected in Europe and it was enough space for the 2 of us. Very clean, had extra towels, and 10/10 we would recommend and stay there again. Thank you Manfred for a wonderful experience!

This is truly a remarkable place. It is in the very heart of Paris--almost the geographic center of the city. True to Parisian form, there are a great number of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The location's convenience to the Metro railway, and the RER, is ridiculously good. It didn't seem to matter what direction we needed to go or what line we needed to get on, there was always a station within a sub 15 minute walk. Inside, the apartment is a very spacious single level living space. There is a small lower level where the gym equipment is located (what a nice touch!). All the amenities are updated, but the (I believe to be) original parquet flooring is still intact, giving it a truly 'at home in Paris' feel. Charlotte was a very communicative host and we had an absolutely delightful time. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to make the most out of their time in Paris.

Svima koji dolaze u Paris preporučujem ovaj smjestaj. Toliko sam odusevljena i slobodno mogu reci da je ovo jedan od najboljih smještaja u kojem sad do sad bila ! Osjećaj u stanu je kao da sam kod svoje kuce, toliko je čisto, ugodno i lijepo, čak i daje pravi francuski doživljaj. Najbitnija stvar ovog stana je lokacija, ispred stana se nalazi metro i tram stanica i kroz samo par minuta možete doći do najpopularnijih turističkih mjesta. Takodjer je stan smješten u jako mirnom naselju i okruženo sa dosta marketa, restorana i kafica. Gazda ovog stana je toliko susretljiv i dao nam je sve jasne upute Takodjer nam je izišao u susret i rekao da možemo još par sati ostati u stanu jer je nas let bio kasno. Prelijepa iskustva iz parisa bas zbog ovog smještaja i vidimo se OPET for sure !

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Martine. Le logement est agréable, très bien aménagé et parfaitement conforme à la description. L’accès à Paris est très facile grâce à l’arrêt de bus situé juste devant la maison, qui mène directement à la gare de Chelles pour prendre le RER E. Martine est une hôte agréable, discrète, humaine et à l’écoute. Elle m’a très bien accueilli. Je recommande vivement son logement !

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει ένα lidl και άλλο ένα supermarket στη γωνία! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής! Για να πάμε στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιούσαμε uber ή bolt, το κόστος είναι περίπου 15-20 ευρώ και 15-20 λεπτά για την κάθε διαδρομή. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα φυσικά. Έχει λεωφορεία από κάτω και μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τέλος ο χώρος αυτός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και μόνο από τη θέα αξίζει τα λεφτά του! Είναι υπέροχο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το Παρίσι από ψηλά! Η θέα είναι τέλεια και από το κρεβάτι! Συστήνεται 100%

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!
