Cosy, quiet flat with a unique view on the Eiffel Tower. The flat is located within a private alley, on the 7th floor (with elevator) of the building. The flat is my own home and I rent it while I’m away. It is newly refurbished, has 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen/living room, a bathroom and separated toilets. Just outside is a lively neighbourhood with plenty of shops, restaurants right around the corner. The Eiffel Tower is a 5min walk, 3 metro lines 7min away. Very central.

Marie was a lovely host. she was very proactive in communicating and very responsive. She provided me the opportunity to drop my bag off while cleaning was completed. The apartment was fantastic, newly renovated, clean, bright and airy - above the Hermes store for those who are brand conscious! The location is amazing, Bon Marche just a block away and close to the Luxembourg Gardens. Was the perfect place into explore the best of Paris. Thank you Marie!!

Kamil is the best host by far! He responded immediately and took care of everything. He even had the flat stocked with bread, jam, nutella(my favorite), peanut butter and oatmeal. It felt like home! I absolutely loved the place and hope to come back again. Thank you for everything Kamil!

Highly recommended!!First of all, the house is as beautiful as a museum, and there is even a microscope, which is really amazing.I like the projection lights in the bedroom and bathroom, and I like the design lighting in every corner, big or small, it's all beautiful.I like the silk pillowcase, it's so comfortable to sleep in, I turn on the projection lamp at night and look at the stars on the ceiling, it's so happy ~ I like the moment when I come back in the evening and sit in the living room to read and write travel journals. The location is also quite good, it is convenient to go anywhere by subway and bus.The last night, I went to see the Eiffel Tower lights, and I didn't get back to the accommodation until midnight. I felt that this neighborhood was quite safe. Patrice is very friendly and gave me a glass of ice beer to drink when introducing the room. It was really delicious. The cookies ✧sent╻ by ദ്ദি˶ ̀ ́) were also quite delicious and not very sweet - the highest rating of Chinese people for desserts (only my opinion as a Chinese person haha) Marty is one of the cutest and friendliest dogs in the world. I🥹 hope I have the chance to play ball with him again.
