Holiday rentals with a patio in 7th arrondissement

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Clarisse's place. I didn't know Marseille before going, so thought it looked a bit further out on the map, but it was actually near enough to walk everywhere and great being in a residential area - quieter than being in the old port area, and near to amenities like a boulangerie, supermarkets and Perier metro. We could easily walk to vibrant bustling places like Cours Julien and Noailles in less than half an hour as well. It made such a difference having a beautiful balcony for our breakfasts, and AC to cool things down a bit. Olivier greeted us with the key and also was very responsive throughout. Everything was clean and the decor was lovely. Brilliant option for Marseille.

Cyril and Elsa welcomed us very warmly, they are attentive and available. The accommodation is as described, the property is a haven of peace only a short drive from the heart of Marseille. Great place to stay for our family vacation.

Very good stay at Astrid's, The accommodation is small but well organised, the small courtyard pleasant for breakfast for example. Rather comfortable bedding, air conditioning is a plus. The Vauban district is very cool, but it can be a little physically demanding to access the accommodation if you are on foot. Very good location, to recommend.

The place was spotless, as described, and ideally located. The host was very welcoming and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

Great place to stay in the heart of the Panier.

We had a great weekend in the accommodation managed by Eleonore. There is a small beach 5 minutes away and shops nearby. The apartment is quiet in a small cul-de-sac. We dined in the restaurant at Aldo's 700m, a treat! Tip: There are sea shuttles every hour that allow you to reach Pointe Rouge from the old port in about 20 minutes. Much faster than by car or bus.

We were so well accommodated! The apartment was very clean, quiet, very well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed the very blackout metal blinds to recover from the jet lag, the balcony with its awning, the very pleasant shower. Amer was available to us when we needed him. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay! I would 100% recommend!

Had a great stay at Kamal’s place which was perfectly suited to our needs with a car park for both our car and trailer. It was easy to find in a quiet, gated estate. The house was spotless and had more than enough space for three of us.

We loved staying here. It’s a perfect location in a quiet and beautiful street and close to the harbour. The house was very clean and tidy. Corinne responded promptly to any questions and she was very helpful. There is a lovely outside seating area that is really nice and peaceful. This is an excellent place to stay, and close enough to walk to the harbour in 5 minutes. The broadband is fast!

Go without a second thought. This is the first time I've had such a great performance. Everything is provided so we can travel light. The location is perfect: metro and velodrome next door. Léa is a pleasant, very communicative host. Underground parking space which is a plus. Very functional, well-equipped and tastefully decorated apartment. I would come back to rediscover the beautiful city of Marseille and its surroundings.
