Welcome to the fully renovated fisherman's cabin "L'Evòra", nestled a stone's throw from the highly sought-after Malmousque district in Marseille. A real haven of peace where everything is within walking distance: the sea (2 minutes away), restaurants, shops, the port of Malmousque and the Vallon des Auffes… You'll feel like you're in a different world straight away! ⚠️ Very quiet area: parties and noise are strictly PROHIBITED for the ENTIRE duration of the stay. ⚠️ Open staircase (be careful with children).

Spacious accommodation with exceptional views of Marseille, next to the magnificent Notre Dame de la Garde church at the top of the hill. It is located 20 minutes' walk from the Corniche and beach as well as the old port city center. Your nights will be under the stars and you will be awakened by the bells of the basilica. A 50 m2 terrace to have your breakfast and meals above the city and the sea. Parties and noise are forbidden between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. as well. Thanks for the neighborhood.

Belle vue sur la mer, la rade nord de la ville, le Cercle des Nageurs de Marseille et Notre Dame de la Garde. J’espère que vous apprécierez la vue mer et l’emplacement autant que moi.

There are all the amenities around. Bus (83) is at the foot of the building towards the Old Port or the Prado. Bus 82s from Les Catalans will take you to St Charles train station (and vice versa).
