Waterfront holiday rentals in 5th arrondissement

J'ai passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet appartement ! L'accueil de Laetitia a été très chaleureux et attentionné. Le logement était impeccablement propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. La situation géographique était parfaite, avec de nombreux commerces et attractions à proximité. Chaque détail a été soigneusement pensé pour rendre notre expérience agréable et confortable. Laetitia a été une hôte exceptionnelle, toujours réactive et prête à nous aider avec une grande gentillesse. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j'espère y revenir très bientôt !

Miłe i przytulne miejsce, wszystko zgodne z opisem. Świetna komunikacja z gospodarzem. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, blisko do atrakcji, ale cicho i kameralnie. Przy rozłożonej kanapie zostaje mało miejsca , ale spokojnie pomieściliśmy się we troje. Bardzo polecam

This flat is ideal for couples looking to make sparks fly. If making love under Paris skies – you can safely leave the shades up in the daytime as any peeping eyes are clear across the river – is your thing, then this is the place to do it. I have a few quibbles with the place – like I never was able to figure out the coffee making machinery – but they pale in comparison to the pluses. Now if you can't carry your suitcase up a winding, narrow staircase for 1 flight (the teeny elevator stops at 5, you're on 6) then sorry, look elsewhere. But any other issues I had pale in comparison to the pluses. The view is the same as that of the super expensive restaurant, La Tour D'Argent, which is right next door. The neighborhood is very central and yet a few blocks short of where the hordes of tourists congregate. There's a Monoprix across the street and nice shops nearby. But if you want to fall in love again, then I'd suggest staying at Tristan's.

Had a great stay for our Paris holiday. Took a weekly train ticket for 35 euros running Monday to Sunday. Excellent value and makes Yerres a good place to stay. Bus service mostly good from train station to apartment but several times we had to walk it. Apartment a good size and has a full kitchen. It is good value basic accommodation.

We had a terrific stay at this beautiful unit. The location is ideal and everything was as advertised and easy. Although located near everything, the unit is very quiet.

Emma's Place was fantastic. Our family of Grandparents Parents and two grandchildren really enjoyed the space and locality It was near enough to all the tourist sites but far enough away from the crowds. A true sense of Paris could be fund in the streets around Emma' place Highly recommended

Damien's apartment was magic. The gorgeous view of La Tour Eiffel was beyond incredible. The location could not have been more perfect: literally steps away from shops, restaurants, the metro (plus easy location for taxi pick up), easy walking to La Tour Eiffel and all the beautiful adjacent neighborhoods. Elizaveta met us right when the taxi dropped us off, despite our flight being delayed. She was so thoughtful and sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Even leaving bottles of champagne, l'eau, et jus de pomme. The building itself is so beautiful with bedroom windows opening into a lovely courtyard. We can't wait to come back.

We stayed at Mina's place long-term and absolutely loved the apartment. First of all, it's located in a peaceful town close to Paris, where we always felt safe; and in proximity to Auchan, which is a great advantage. The studio itself is very functional and well-thought, decorated in a very aesthetic way, which we appreciated a lot. It has all facilities needed for a comfortable long-term living for a couple: there are multiple places to store belongings, a very comfortable bed, a big bathroom with mirrors, a smart TV, and a big kitchen, which was a great advantage for us because we love to cook a lot. The only downside was that the dishwasher was broken, and the hot water is limited, which requires you to economize water, but it didn't affect the quality of our stay. Mina and her son Nadim were always friendly, responsive and helpful anytime minor issues or inquires occurred. We are very thankful to their kindness and hospitality and would definitely like to come back. Thank you!

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Le logement est conforme à la description, très propre. Il est bien placé pour se rendre au Stade de France, c’était parfait. Merci à Santiago pour son accueil. Nous recommandons ce logement.

j'ai passé un séjour agréable dans l'appartement de Malika! L'emplacement était parfait, à proximité des transports en commun. L'appartement était impeccablement propre et bien équipé avec tout ce dont j'avais besoin pour mon séjour. L'endroit est très calme avecune belle vue sur la Seine. De plus, Malika était très accueillante et disponible pour répondre à toutes mes questions. Je recommande vivement cette location.

j’y retourne pour la deuxième fois et je ne suis pas dessus, tout était propre et il y a tout le nécessaire pour nettoyer, cuisiner etc. je recommanderai toujours ! et la résidence est très calme et proche de la gare

L appartement est spacieux pour 4 personnes, très propre, a 5 min seulement du métro si vous voulez visiter la capitale. Place de parking gratuite mais parfois pas facile a trouver. Le cadre est agréable avec son canal et cheikh nous réponds rapidement si nous avons la moindre question, merci pour ce séjour !

The apartment is the perfect location for playing tourist in Paris. The unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower fills the window in the living room and bedroom. Getting to the Tower is an easy walk across the bridge. The metro and bus stops are very close and connect you to everything. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen is well-stocked. Some previous reviews mention street noise - if you are used to city sounds, this is nothing more than passing traffic. My son slept on the giant sofa in the living room. The host provided sheets and it was extremely comfortable - an adult could sleep on it easily. Please note that the curtains and shutters that fold down outside the windows do not completely block the light. Some streetlight comes through at night, but it is not too bright. However, expect anyone sleeping in the living room to wake with the morning sun. Our host, Samy, was very communicative and went out of his way to ensure we had a good experience.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons le Airbnb de Yassine et encore une fois, tout s'est très bien passé. La communication avec Yassine est toujours top, il est à l'écoute et très réactif.

We had a great time in the apartment. There were both, a washing and dryer machine which were very helpful since it was raining during our stay. The apartment was spacious which was great for our group of 6. The looks from the window were not the best and the location was not what you would think of when you think of Paris but once you get outside, you will be immerse in what Paris truly is, a mix of cultures and various classes of people. There were so many restaurants and bakeries around that we wish our stay was longer. Walking distance from public transport and various supermarkets. We walked around at night and we fell safe all the time. We are the types of travelers who enjoy authentic experiences and like to stay in places that resemble what the city is all about and we got this with this stay. We did not have to reach out to Sophie because we didn’t need to. Everything was clear and our stay was perfect.
