Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in 18th arrondissement

The apartment was well kept and in a good location. There are LOTS of stairs, both to get to the apartment building and once you get inside. Consider packing light! The apartment is close to many transit lines and Montmartre offered many great activities, restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

What a fabulous stay at this place and with such a great host! Alexandra went above and beyond with us, efficiently fixing a slight complication we had at check-in. The apartment is in such a great location - walking distance from two metro lines and with restaurants on your doorstep (we went to Rita for traditional French food, and would highly recommend!). There’s also a great supermarket on the neighbouring street with everything you need. But with all this, it was so quiet and peaceful; perfect for coming back to after a busy day sightseeing! The studio had everything we needed and was in perfect condition - it was clean, tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a great time staying here, exploring the surrounding Montmartre and the rest of Paris. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable!

We really enjoyed staying at Manon’s place. The apartment is homely, clean and in walking distance to some great sights and lovely restaurants. It was on the 5th floor so a lot of stairs, not an issue for us but one to bear in mind if you have accessibility needs. It was great value for such a stunning place!

Hele fijne en grote ruimte, mooi ingericht en rustig door de binnenplaats. Heel prettige communicatie met Frédéric. En super dat hij veel tips voor restaurants en bezoenswaardigheden geeft. Tip: huur fietsen bij café Le Peloton (neem de telefoonhouder erbij en vraag om fietsverlichting).

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Joseph was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Fantastic location, in the heart of Martyrs/Pigalle but so quiet and peaceful thanks to the private courtyard and top floor setup. The apartment was immaculate and stylish with awesome views and an extremely comfortable bed. Can’t recommend it enough. Merci Joseph!

Nous recommandons vivement l'appartement de Pauline. Il est en effet très bien conçu, facile d'accès avec, en prime, un ascenseur et, cerise sur le gâteau, avec une vue très belle sur Paris.

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Es war eine sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist genau vor der Tür. Außerdem hat man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Prachtig en rustig appartement vlak bij de metro, Gare du Nord en Gare de l’est. Bakker en supermarkt in de straat en nog veel meer winkels en restaurants om de hoek. Het appartement is echt heel leuk en mooi, perfect voor een grotere groep of, zoals bij ons, voor een groot gezin. Je zit in een leuke wijk met vooral veel Indiase winkels, ook echt Parijs dus! Op straat is er leven, maar eenmaal binnen is het stil en privé. Vincent is snel en flexibel en we hebben het er erg leuk gehad.

Eléonore was a super host, very responsive and helpful. The location was great, 20 minutes walk to the metro and other amenities such as restaurants and parks. Would recommend.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

The location of this apartment is so central! Being right on top of one of the biggest metro/RER stations in Paris meant we could go where we wanted by just walking right outside our door. Many of the best neighborhoods in Paris are within walking distance. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-appointed. There were three little closets with bins to stash our stuff. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a pair of scissors. The hosts were always friendly and responded quickly. The check in was smooth and easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wir (zwei Familien) mit zwei Kindern (1&2 Jahre) waren bei Mehdi Zuhause. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und es war auch Kinderfreundlich. Es ist eine super Lage und vom Ausblick brauchen wir gar nicht zu sprechen. Vielen dank für alles 🥰 Kleiner Tipp, einen Mülleimer mehr im Badezimmer wäre toll 😉

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Our stay could not have been better! The location is fabulous - right in the middle of everything with tons of restaurants, bars, bakeries all right there and grocery on the corner. The place was lovely and surprisingly quiet, so we could rest at the end of our busy days of being tourists. Host was responsive and helpful. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.
