Kid-friendly holiday rentals in 18th arrondissement

Very nice accommodation, nice hostess, great and quiet location. Check-in and check-out totally uncomplicated. Everything great!

We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the courtyard to enjoy our morning coffee and evening dinners. It’s located close to the Metro and we enjoyed our walks around the neighbourhood. We would absolutely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Julien’s! He was super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The place was clean, well designed and equipped. Love the attention to detail. Perfect for our group of 5. The area it’s located in was equally special. Great for vintage shopping, antiques, and thrifting. Easy access to Paris by metro or if you are up for slightly long walk to the 19th arrondissement.

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Everything was great! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped – there is everything you need. The area is pleasant and quiet, with a metro station close by. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The space was very nice and clean, and we had everything we needed for our extended family of ten. It was the perfect location to explore Paris - just a short walk from Gare du Nord and the Metro. Communication from the host was always prompt and friendly. We would stay here again!

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Fiona is an extremely responsive and attentive host and even sent me a list of tailored recommendations as well as left a bottle of welcome wine! Check-in and checkout was straightforward and easy, and I appreciated that there weren’t that many “tasks“ to be done prior to leaving the apartment. Location is very central, and only 6 to 8 minute walk from the closest metro stations. The apartment looked even better than the pictures, and was very clean. It had everything you could ever need, including an iron, a washing machine, extra blankets, and even a record player LOL! Although I didn’t really need the elevator, it’s worthy of noting that if you do take it, you have to walk up the stairs, then walk down a flight of stairs from the third floor to get into the apartment. This is something I’m highlighting for those who need it for accessibility or traveling with heavy luggage. I an definitely planning to return to this apartment the next time I visit Paris :)

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Pol’s place. The apartment was stylish and spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable. Great location, easy to get around Paris and a short 15 minutes walk to the Euro star which was very convenient. Nearby ( 5 mins walk ) we discovered a fantastic bakery Mamiche which had pastries to die for. Lots of supermarkets too if you wanted to stay in and cook. Kitchen is dinky but it had everything you needed to cook a nice meal, very well equipped. Great apartment, throughly recommended.

I spent almost week in this appartment and felt like home. place is beautiful and provides everything you need. it is very coś to metro station. great place to discover Paris

what a beautiful airbnb, would absolutely stay here again! great location as it’s walkable to montmarte, train station, notre dame, etc. we loved having espresso on the balcony every morning and the shower was so nice! spotlessly clean too

I highly recommend this place. It’s in a great neighbourhood, surrounded by some of the best restaurants and pubs. Also many parking places near by if you don’t want to park your car on the streets .

Alexandra’s place was everything and more! It was beautiful, clean, spacious with wonderful light and ventilation and decor! Alexandra was helpful and super responsive with any questions we had. I would absolutely stay here again. Montmartre is super lovely:) 🫶

I had the best time staying at Hélène’s beautiful apartment. The location is phenomenal- you are moments away from a smorgasbord of local cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and grocery stores, as well as multiple Metro lines; the apartment is stylishly decorated with subtle touches throughout the apartment; the building is gorgeous and quiet yet lively at the same time; and the value for the price is truly unmatched. Every superlative I could say about the experience Hélène provides would be an understatement. As a host, she is incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating (I changed my dates and extended my stay and she graciously accommodated the change). I will absolutely stay here again. The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.

Marie was a great host, communicated well and gave excellent instructions in good time. The flat was perfect for a sightseeing base, good price and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend for others 🤩

The apartment is perfectly located in the cozy Monmartre. Close to Sacré-Coeur, nice restaurants, but also the subway when you want to see other parts of Paris. Takes about 30 minutes to the Eiffel Tower (Trocadéro), very smooth. The apartment itself is very nice and looks exactly like the description. We arrived earlier than check-in, but there were no problems and we were able to leave our luggage at Elodie's office. When the cleaning of the room was finished, they put our luggage in the apartment and texted us that everything was ready. Both pleasant and very service minded. If we come back to Paris, which I hope, I will try to book Elodie's Airbnb again.

Very good stay in a slightly noisy apartment (but this is often the case in Paris). Only downside: the shower probably needs to be renovated. Very easy communication and spacious accommodation. Close to the metro.
