Monthly Rentals in 17th arrondissement

Julie-Anne’s apartment was the quintessential Parisian city stay. Nestled in the 17eme, it is a quick hop and a skip from Rome Metro station, giving you quick and easy access to the heart of the City and the main tourist attractions. The 17eme is tucked away from the main tourist areas, yielding a brilliant offering of local shops, restaurants, and most importantly…bakeries, which you can peruse without the tourist hubbub. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and provided a stylish and charming hub for us to wind down at, after a long day of exploring the city! Great communication. It's walkable to Point Cardinet metro/train as well as a fair number of nearby stores, bakeries, cafes/restaurants. It's about €10-15 into main tourist areas.

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need for a very comfortable stay, the location is perfect, very close to subway stations, supermarkets and restaurants, the area is very quiet, I was with my husband for 2 months and we felt at home. It really is a wonderful place.

I had a wonderful couple of months staying in Stephanie’s flat! It’s fully equipped with everything you could need, and Stephanie was always incredibly responsive and helpful. The flat is in a lovely area, with a great bakery and bar on the corner, and shops and the metro just a few minutes away. It felt like home staying here, I’d highly recommend it and would happily stay again :)
