Pet-friendly holiday rentals in 16th arrondissement

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Madalena has been a wonderful host, from the beginning, before we always get to respond quickly to any questions. Once in her house she was attentive to any need I could have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, 10 m walk from the train station and with buses 2 m away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. Thank you Madalena for your hospitality!!!!

This is my second time to come. It’s very convenient and easy to have my own space. The only thing is a little hot because no cold air conditioner.

Nice and quiet place close to Paris. The train Comunication is fast and often and the house was perfect for our family (parents + three kids).

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

Marie’s place exceeded our expectations! When we arrived, we found many provisions to get us started before we went to a grocery store. Everything is the converted pool house is first class. Clamart is located a bus and train ride out of Paris, but Marie took time to orient us so we knew where to go. It was nice to be in a nice, quiet suburb and enjoy local markets and eating places. Sushi and pizza places are a very short walk. We all enjoyed her pool each day we were there. I have stayed in Airbnbs many, many times and Marie is the warmest, best host I have ever had. She truly earns Super Host status.

What a beautiful job they have done on renovating this place. It looked great and was both functional and comfortable. A user friendly kitchen, nice bathroom and a good bed and linens. It is a little surprising as the entry is not really very promising, but don’t be alarmed, inside it is lovely. And the hosts were most helpful. Very close to transit and to great food shopping. If you want a homey place in a real neighborhood and don’t need to be among the monuments all the time it is a great choice at a reasonable price.

Jean-Michel was a great host. Check-in was easy and he greeted us on arrival (and upon checkout). He had good restaurant and other suggestions and was very responsive to our questions when we messaged him. Jean-Michel really went out of his way to help us during our stay (including the need for us to run to a pharmacy). I highly recommend his place.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and transportation easily within walking distance for anyone. Arnaud was responsive and communicated with us constantly. It took awhile to learn the fancy toilet, but overall a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

If you're looking for an authentic Parisian apartment experience that is elegant and comfortable - this is the place. City balcony on the front and the windows in the back open onto a park setting (ruins of a medieval gladiator area!) with trees and birds singing.

I highly recommend this place. It’s in a great neighbourhood, surrounded by some of the best restaurants and pubs. Also many parking places near by if you don’t want to park your car on the streets .
