Kid-friendly holiday rentals in 15th arrondissement

Christophe's hospitality exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, thoughtful and showed genuine care and attention to everything that he knew would make my stay pleasant. As a solo traveller, he made me feel like I was family without being intrusive. The accommodation was exactly as described, a self contained unit close enough not to feel too isolated and separated enough to maintain your own space. The neighbourhood felt safe and had everything (transit, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat) within a 5 minute walk. There is an added bonus, a quick 12 minute walk will take you by the Seine where you will be surrounded by locals walking, jogging and picniking. I highly recommend staying at Christophe if you are looking for an authentic and charming french experience.

It was a very nice clean accommodation with everything you need. The tram stop is right outside the door. There are also several shopping options nearby. Communication with the landlady was wonderful

We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the courtyard to enjoy our morning coffee and evening dinners. It’s located close to the Metro and we enjoyed our walks around the neighbourhood. We would absolutely stay again.

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

Charles was an amazing host, he let us check-in earlier than usual and left very clear instructions. The apartment was great, we were four people but even though the apartment is small we were able to move around well. No weird odours and everything was clean. The bed is very comfortable! Amazing! What an amazing stay! The apartment was absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated with stunning artworks that added so much character to the space. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responded very fast. The location is also fantastic, with so much to explore nearby. We really appreciated the recommendations for local restaurants and bakeries. Highly recommend this place. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

Was a great host, kept constant communication. If I needed anything Rouma was very quick to get it for us. Her place is amazing, just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and everything else you need. We had an amazing time, I’d 1000% go again.

Place was more spacious than I thought and was clean and very informative about everything we needed to know. Only thing I would say is to have a key as well because the lock system didn’t work for 30 minutes and we were waiting outside for it to work again. Overall great stay

The studio is really functional and well equipped. In addition, it is located in a very lively neighborhood. We had a lovely stay!

Mathilde's apartment is very close to Eiffel Tower and 1 hour walk from major attractions (Louvre, Notre Dame, etc). The apartment is small but very cozy, we felt right at home. The kitchen is super complete and Mathilde had everything I needed to eat or prepare something for you. I had TV even though there was no wifi but we didn't miss it either. Overall the apartment is very clean, the instructions Mathilde gave us were accurate and we had no problems at all. The neighborhood is beautiful, with many restaurants and shops and the metro nearby with 3 lines that take you everywhere

One of the best experiences I have had on Airbnb. The apartment was modern, clean, and stocked with everything you may need. Best of all, it had the most stunning panoramic views of Paris. Mickaël was very responsive and flexible, ensuring a smooth check-in and stay.

We had a great time at Rodolphe's place. Communication with him was simple and fluid, he was very available and extremely kind. The apartment is clean, convenient and perfectly equipped – nothing was missing. The building is very well secured, which is really reassuring. And what can I say about the view... absolutely magnificent, especially at night with the Eiffel Tower lit up in the distance. A real favorite! I would recommend this place without a second thought.

Emma's floor is great if you want to stay in Paris. It's just a few blocks from two subway lines that take you everywhere. There's a 24-hour supermarket across the street, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. What caught my attention most was how well-equipped it is. It has everything you need to cook, everything for the bathroom, and the living room. The peace and quiet of the neighborhood was very important to me. It's very quiet, and you can relax without any problems. I'll definitely stay here again if I return to Paris. Thanks for everything, Emma.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
