Quiet traditional Parisian apartment in a 19th Century dressed stone building and street on 5th floor with elevator : double living room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen (dish washer and washing machine/dryer), balcony and private underground parkplace (4 minutes on foot). I furnished and decorated it with love, including paintings. In a neighbourhood vibrant of shops and restaurants, it is 2 minutes on foot from the Metro, from which all Paris must-sees are within a 13-30 minute range.

Bright and pleasant apartment, direct view of the Eiffel Tower. A double bedroom, 57 m2, ideal for a couple (back room not accessible because it is reserved for private use). Located on the 3rd floor with elevator. Neighborhood with many restaurants around and metro 5 mins away. Very good quality Yamaha piano. I will be happy to offer my apartment to people who will be respectful of it. My apartment is not a hotel, it is an inhabited and lively place.

Located next to a park, on the third floor with elevator, the apartment is quiet at night as the windows do not overlook the street. It is 5 min from metros 8 and 10, a 20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, in a safe and pleasant shopping area. The studio has one bedroom with a double bed and seating area, a separate kitchen from the bedroom with a dining table, and bathroom with bathtub. You also have access to a storage cabinet in the hallway.
