Perfect place to enjoy Paris while being in a quiet location

Christophe's hospitality exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, thoughtful and showed genuine care and attention to everything that he knew would make my stay pleasant. As a solo traveller, he made me feel like I was family without being intrusive. The accommodation was exactly as described, a self contained unit close enough not to feel too isolated and separated enough to maintain your own space. The neighbourhood felt safe and had everything (transit, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat) within a 5 minute walk. There is an added bonus, a quick 12 minute walk will take you by the Seine where you will be surrounded by locals walking, jogging and picniking. I highly recommend staying at Christophe if you are looking for an authentic and charming french experience.

It was a very nice clean accommodation with everything you need. The tram stop is right outside the door. There are also several shopping options nearby. Communication with the landlady was wonderful

We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the courtyard to enjoy our morning coffee and evening dinners. It’s located close to the Metro and we enjoyed our walks around the neighbourhood. We would absolutely stay again.

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

Eva was the most helpful, proactive and accommodating host we have experienced to date. She was extremely accommodating to a change in our travel itinerary and helped us out in every possible way. The apartment is absolutely chic and on a quiet street in a beautiful building. It is bigger than the pictures make it look. Fantastic location to explore Paris from.

I love this apartment! It fits so much in a small space, while still making the apartment feel big. I also loved the little reading nook involved as well. We were also welcomed to a few glasses of wine that was there, and made my first tim in Paris feel much more welcoming! The host was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend!

Marc was friendly and knowledgeable while giving a great tour of the apartment. The location on a side street was quiet yet only a few minutes away to the Alisia Metro which takes you to the downtown core in a few minutes. Take bus 92 if you want to go to Napoleon’s Tomb and Rodin’s Garden and enjoy the ride.

What a fantastic host and property- the location was excellent, the 14th truly is a village within Paris. Beatrice was so helpful and her little apartment was the perfect base for us as we enjoyed Paris.

My husband and I stayed for 3 months. Great location, great restaurants for all palates( especially Jeraboam and Les Artistes down the street) and perfect for practicing and keeping up my French. Parsa was always available, was a great host, and very helpful when we asked a question or had a concern. Grocery stores/ and fruit/ vegetable stands were nearby, metro lines#13 and #4 as well as bus# 62 and 58 were each about a 10-15 minute walk , but we enjoyed walking to most attractions, parks, and museums. There is even a Marriott Residence Inn down the street if you have visitors coming to Paris. We had 2 sets of visitors during our 3 month stay at Parsa’s Apartment. We would definitely stay here on our next visit to Paris.

Great location. Walkable distance to public transports, restaurants and markets. Very close to the metro and only few minutes to Paris centre. Host very responsive and the apartment fully furnished and absolutely clean. The landmark Eiffel Tower is clearly visible from the bedroom. Kudos to Mr Cyprien. We loved his place and recommend his place as the starting point to discover the whole of Paris for any new first time visitors.

My second stay in this apartment. As super and lovely as my first stay there. Agathe is a brilliant host, and is always available to make sure everything is perfect. I love the area - so many nice shops, cafes and restaurants, and the metro into the centre of Paris is just at the end of the street. I don't think I would change anything, and will happily book here again when I come to Paris. Thank you so much Agathe.

The location was very quiet, very close to the U-BAHN. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

Great stay at the studio hosted by Safaa! Comfortable, fully equipped and well located, with multiple services nearby and easy access to public transportation. It is an ideal place for those who search for a longer stay in Paris. Safaa was quite approachable and friendly. I totally recommend it!

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

This is a nice small flat. It is very private and quiet, although it is located on a main street and near the Peripherique. Good connection to public transport. Othmane provided good instructions on how to get the keys and how to get into the flat.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. Christophe’s place was great, very comfy, full of interesting decorations that you could spend hours contemplating. The location is excellent and Christophe was attentive and helpful. We highly recommend his flat!

Rarely seen beauty and perfect equipment, this is the most impressive stay I have ever had in Paris, everything is as described, and Oliver is warm and responsive, no worries, great accommodation experience, if I come back to Paris, I will stay again!
