Holiday rentals with a home theatre in 14th arrondissement

Can't say enough about the location. Between Place des Vosges, the Marais, the river and Bastille you have access to so many neighborhoods and activities in easy walking distance. The apartment works beautifully because it has two full bathrooms and a bright living/kitchen space that overlooks a courtyard. However the two bedrooms with no windows are stuffy and we had to leave the doors open to sleep. The basement did not work for us. It's an incredible architectural space (down MANY steps), with high ceilings, a swanky bar, a sauna and a movie theater! What's not to like? Except, truly there is no need for any of these things: you'd rather get a drink at a bar out in Paris, you didn't come to Paris for a sauna and the movie theater wasn't working, which didn't seem to bother the staff. They did stop by and look at it but no update, no apology, in fact they said we should find things to do out in Paris. So just know that the beautiful (very very dark) basement is not really a bonus.

extremely happy with our stay, the location is great close to metro and lovely neighborhood. Clement is a great host super responsive, with great recommendations for places to eat in the neighborhood, definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our vacations at Aline and Greg's studio - everything is exactly matching pictures and descriptions. Lots of bus stops nearby and a subway station walking distance is around 5 minutes. Comfortable bed, everything you need for your shower and cooking if you are willing to. The projector idea is also nice if you are tired of exploring the city and want to spend a cozy evening at home watching Netflix or your favorite movies. Highly recommended for those who don't want to spend thousands for accommodation but still have all the necessities and a good transport hub location. Thank you, Aline and Greg! :)

This little place is in such a good location! Walkable to all transportation, so easy to get anywhere in the metropolitan area, and on a quiet street. Having a washing machine was a real advantage during our stay. It’s attractively decorated and very clean, although a bit tight on space in the bedroom and bath.

Concernant l'hôte : Mathieu sera très réactif, soucieux de votre bien être et prompt à donner tous les conseils que vous désirez ! Concernant le logement : il est à l'image de l'hôte et c'est encore mieux que sur les photos, tout le nécessaire est fourni (et pour nous mesdames, même le sèche cheveux) ! Le canapé lit est très très confortable, l'appartement est très lumineux, l'immeuble très calme et très propre, la vue incroyable et le soleil rendront vos fins de journées très douces ! Rarement vu un logement à la hauteur de ses promesses à ce point ! Bonus : vous aurez des chaussons (taille homme et femme) à votre arrivée ! tout est fait pour que votre séjour soit parfait et paisible ! C'est propre, c'est beau, c'est clair, c'est fonctionnel, c'est parfait ! C'est l'appartement que je recommanderai à tout le monde, à tout couple (peut être moins en famille), en tant que parisienne, le cocon que je voudrais avoir ! Allez y les yeux fermés, avant que je vous le vole ;) !

Le logement, bien que petit, est très fonctionnel et tout aussi charmant. il est également très bien positionné dans paris et Thomas est très réactif pour répondre aux questions.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Das beste AirBnb aller Zeiten! Schöner als auf den Bildern, toller Service (da U.S. er Auto so groß war, wurde uns auf der Straße ein Parkplatz freigehalten), top modern, auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und unterstützt, es war sogar Grillkohle für den Grill bereitgestellt! 5 min zur Metro M11, 3 min zum Böcker oder Auchan Supermarkt. Wenn mal wieder Paris zu acht, dann nur in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Olga, was an excellent host that went above and beyond our entire stay and her home was beautiful as well. Olga was very responsive and provided more then enough information about details for your stay. When we arrived Olga had fresh pastries for us and if we needed anything else she didn't hesitate to get it for us. Olga was also helpful in providing local recommendations or routes to get to places. Me and my sisters enjoyed our time at Olga home and it felt like home our entire stay. I will highly recommend booking Olga's home especially if you need a place that is conveniently located to multiple tourist spots and the metro.

Rien ne manque dans ce charmant pavillon. Spacieux, aménagé avec goût, il peut accueillir une famille. Situé dans un quartier calme, plutôt proche de la gare (5 mn en voiture ou 1/4h en bus), on trouve facilement une place de parking à proximité. Merci à Pierre, propriétaire attentif et réactif à nos sollicitations. On recommande cette location.

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Amazing location. A few minute walk to the Louvre. Awesome cafes and restaurants all around! If traveling with 1 or 2 people, this would be hard to beat! Pascale and Sharon were extremely responsive. Sharon was especially sweet!

Super clean place with everything you could ever need. Patrick was so nice and went above and beyond to give us all we needed. You can cook here, there was a hairdryer and even a curling iron, which is amazing when you're coming from the US with different plugs. Its a 15 min walk to the metro, but still way better than a far more expensive hotel that you cant cook at. Highly recommend it.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Our stay at the beginning of June was even better than expected! The condo is spacious, clean, modern, comfortable, with attention to detail! There was a lovely bouquet of white roses when we walked in! All communication with Gregory was immediate, friendly, and he provided helpful information regarding nearby restaurants, cafes, markets and transportation. The view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower were beyond amazing! We chose this location because of the views and that it was enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city to be peaceful, but close enough to transportation to get anywhere we wanted to go! All the amenities mentioned in the description are accurate. We highly recommend this place and we look forward to staying here again.

Had a fantastic stay at Emma’s! Close to three metro stops and bus stops and in a great neighborhood. Place had everything we needed and was a great place to stay for our trip to Paris!!!

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement typiquement parisien de Michael. Situé au pied de Montmartre, à 2min du métro et d’un Monoprix, il est très bien équipé et la literie est bonne. Merci pour la bouteille de vin et toutes les petites attentions ! On recommande !
