I'm fond of the 13ème arrondissement, which is non-touristic and down-to-earth, and if that's where you want to base yourself in Paris, Michèle's place is just terrific for 1-2 people. It's sunny, quiet (on the 6th floor overlooking an interior courtyard), secure, and spotlessly clean, with spare, modern furnishings and a comfortable bed. Communication with Michèle's caretaker was smooth, and she met me upon arrival in front of the building to hand me the key. Highly recommended!

10/10 We went with our 1- and 7-year-old children. Spacious place, with great heating (it was winter), quiet, with several kitchen amenities and cleaning items... everything works well, such as shower, bed, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, elevator. The host was extremely friendly and responsive. Very close to a train station that quickly takes you to the city's main tourist landmarks, and also next to a shopping mall with a bakery, supermarket, etc. We will certainly be back!

I stayed at Emmanuell's place for four nights and had an overall positive experience. as described in nearly every review, the place is very clean and the location is fantastic. comfortable bed, nice little kitchen, good natural light are all things I appreciate it. I only issue was with check in, there was a little confusion with me accessing the apartment but aside from that everything was great.
