Welcome to my 2-room apartment of 35m2 in the heart of Paris, 2 minutes away from the famous Canal Saint Martin and Gare de l'Est. Republique and Gare du Nord (direct train to airports) are 10 minutes away by foot. On the 2nd floor (3rd floor US) without lift, you will stay in a bright, quiet apartment (court side) and well equipped. It will be practical for those who want to discover Paris or those who come to work. This is my own flat that I decorated with all my heart, I hope you like it.

Exhibitions and museums are nearby, and the metro is just 2' away, as is the Canal and a large public garden where you can soak up the sun. That's Paris for you!

The location is ideal in the 10th district, on the edge of the 3rd district, at very short walking distance of the hip and popular districts of Le Marais, Canal Saint-Martin, rue du Château d'Eau, and rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis.

There is everything you need for entertainment within walking distance: small restaurants, museums, theatres, cafés, trendy shops and a colourful population. I can always be reached by phone and messaging, and someone on site can always come to help you. Enjoy Paris in the best possible conditions!
