We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Centrally located yet surrounded by nature and directly on the Schwarzer Regen, this spacious house is located in the climatic health resort of Regen, in the Bavarian Forest. Shops, shopping and restaurants are a 5-minute drive away. In addition, the house is located directly on the river hiking trail and the Regental bike path. The national park can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Ideal for starting excursions!

Modern apartment in Bavorská Ruda

Accommodation in a newly renovated apartment in Bavorská Ruda. Beautiful surroundings near the ski resort Velký Javor (Großer Arber), about 10 minutes by car. In the area, it is also possible to go hiking and cycling, or cross-country skiing. The apartment is ideal for couples or families with children. Sleeping is provided on a 160cm folding bed, an 80cm upper bunk, and possibly a folding extra bed for a fourth person. Nearby are grocery stores, or several restaurants and cafes. Free parking in front of the house.

Bavarian Forest Chalet Kaitersberg with sauna and garden

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Die liebevoll eingerichtete Doppelhaushälfte wurde 2023 renoviert- hier fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Das Haus befindet sich im Waldferiendorf, eine ruhige und kinderfreundliche Umgebung- umgeben von Wiesen & Wäldern. Und doch ist es die perfekte Ausgangslage für Ausflüge- Ziele wie der Arber oder St. Engelmar sind in 35 min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen, die Kreisstadt Regen ist in 5 min. zu erreichen. Perfekt zum Aufenthalt: incl. der ACTIV-CARD (viele kostenfreie Eintritte!)
