Het vakantiehuisje bevindt zich in de weide achter onze boerderij. Hier werd vroeger brood gebakken voor bewoners en werknemers. Er is een garage ter beschikking, vanwaar je langs een pad tot bij het huisje komt. Voor de deur kan je genieten in een privétuin met een terras. Je bent ook welkom om gebruik te maken van heel het domein: tuin met vele zithoekjes, klei-atelier, binnenplaats, ... Er is nog een tweede gîte te huur voor 4 personen. Op afspraak kan je de brouwerij van onze zoon bezoeken.

A two person bed, a shower, toilet, kitchenette, build in closet, a desk, free wifi, you name it! We offer free use of towels by the way! You are located 5 minutes by bike from the center, by car 5 minutes from the highway and trainstation. Groceries store 200 meters down the street. It's a perfectly calm location!

Petite Maison privée sur 2 étages, le Rez de chaussée est composé d’ une grande pièce ouverte avec coin cuisine (entièrement équipée) coin salle à manger et coin salon. L’étage est également une grande pièce avec coin salle de bains, dressing et lit de 2 personnes (180 x 200) et une toilette avec porte battante. La maison est située dans une propriété sécurisée, avec parking, un petit jardin privé à l'avant de la maison. Le village est calme à proximité de Tournai, Courtrai et Lille.

Dit nieuwbouw appartement is een ideale uitvalsbasis als je voor zaken regio Waregem, Deerlijk, Kortrijk moet zijn. Ook wandelaars komen hier aan hun trekken gezien er tal van wandelroutes in de dichte omgeving zijn. Zilverlinde ligt in een park waar 4 woonpaviljoenen zijn. Het is een groene, autoluwe oase van rust en privacy. Het gelijkvloerse appartement heeft een terras en tuin (zie foto rechts onder). Parkeren doe je in de bijhorende carport.

Les gares Lille Flandres et Lille Europe sont à deux stations. Le centre ville est à 10 minutes en métro. Le studio est entièrement privé et possède un accès privatif via portail sécurisé. La hauteur du plafond est à 2m10. Si vous venez en voiture il y a des places de stationnement gratuites dans la rue.
