Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Zurich

It was an extremely positive experience staying at Christina's cottage! Christina was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Our flight landed late at night, and she made checking in flexible for us, which was convenient. Instructions were clear, and she showed us around the cottage, making us feel at home. She answered all our questions and even went out of her way to drive us from/to the train station when she was able to do so! She is such a kind host and made our stay in her cottage a favorable part of our trip. The amenities in the cottage matched what was listed online. The local area was very peaceful and quiet and had beautiful surroundings. The cottage was within walking distance of Lake Zurich and the train station, which made getting around easy. If I return to this area of Switzerland, I will stay with Christina again. I highly recommend Christina's cottage for travelers visiting this area of Switzerland for a peaceful place to stay while visiting the country!

My stay at Norma and Rolf's place was great and relaxing. They were always available for any request and accommodating the arrival time. The parking space in front of the house is a real plus if you come by car. Totally recommend their place!

Our three day stay at Martina's cottage was some of the most beautiful we had ever experienced! Certainly: The fantastic spring weather with the sparkling nature has cleared a wonderfully colorful ambience into the garden around the house. But we agreed that this cottage is the dream location even in foggy or rainy weather to feel comfortable and relax. In this way lovingly furnished down to the last detail and also sparkling clean: we can only recommend Martina's dream cottage to everyone and we will definitely come back!

The house is really great. It is in a great location with beautiful views and lots of tranquility The decor is very modern and has everything you can think of. For a holiday home especially in this location really above average! The welcome is very friendly, everything is great!

Our stay was just great. Antonia is extremely friendly and her cozy house is quietly located. Our dogs felt right at home :) We'd love to come back

Julia's place was a haven at the end of every busy day spent in the beautiful city of Zurich. The view was amazing, so spending time here in the evening couldn't have been better. It was an extremely comfortable place for us as we also had a 4 month old with us, and so it was very accomodating for her. We would recommend this place and Julia to anyone visiting Zurich!

We stayed with Rut for 4 weeks and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The apartment is large and quiet and very cozy. We almost didn't use the spacious seating in the beautiful garden because we were always on the road. But the small balcony was perfect for breakfast, you have a beautiful view of the lake from there. Rut is a wonderful host who was always quick to respond to our questions. I'm sure we'll be back!

My partner and I recently relocated to Zurich from overseas, and this was our first residence before we could move into our own flat. Everything was great. Stunning views, convenient location, and Rose was such a wonderful host.

This was my second stay—and for good reason! I loved it the first time and couldn’t wait to come back. The check-in was super easy, and the apartment has everything you need to feel at home, even for a longer stay. A fully equipped kitchen (with all utensils, a coffee machine, and even a barbecue), cozy beds, a spacious living room, and the most breathtaking views from every room. It’s also very accessible—there are no thresholds in the rooms, and you can easily get from the street to the apartment without any steps, which is great for families with kids or anyone with mobility concerns. Highly recommended and definitely a place I’ll return to again!

Very close to the train station. It is very easy to get from the station to the center of Zurich and the airport. The room was very comfortable and clean. I felt at home

We enjoyed meeting Christina’s menagerie. Her house is very welcoming and homey. Anything you might need is in the house, kitchen, bathroom. We were able to get anywhere we wanted to go quite easily, including to the airport. Christina was a wonderful and helpful hostess.

Recommendations 100/10. Whenever you are in Zurich this place is a must to stay weather is for one night or multiple. For your money you will get a host who will welcome you with the biggest smile and nicest soul and advise you about everything you need. Superb view. Great location. Easy public transportation to Zurich and all of central Switzerland. Convenient parking. Patrick, as host, is gracious, responsive, and very helpful with activity suggestions.
